After we requested to have our drive back, they stalled and got very bureaucratic. It took 12 days get our drive back. The unfortunate part is that I couldn't get the smart switch to work and their post recovery support team basically told me "here's a guide" and you need to figure it out. When I asked for more help they told me they did what they were supposed to do and no further help would be given. They even told me to go to my local Geek Squad. What's the point of having post recovery support if all you're going to do is send me to Best Buy? If you're desperate to get your data, you can use them but don't expect any help with the files you actually get from them.
