Lairs do not get scammed. They replaced motherboard which was not the problem, it was processor. They then tried to charge me for motherboard after I told them to put old one back in. After spending more than 6 hours over the course of two days working with the "tech team" at HP (and spending nearly $75 for their "services" overseas, they finally told me they couldn't fix my machine, that totally crashed, and I would need to find someone local to take the computer to in person. Error Repair is not far from my house so I called ahead and discussed the computer issues I've been encountering with Trace. Within the hour I stopped by the store and met with Trace. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He spent about two minutes looking at the machine and another five minutes to fix it, and it was completely back to normal, running as if nothing had happened. Have used them twice before fixing a laptop. Dropped off and was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. This last time I called with problem dealing with my modem. They would have to come to me Scheduled an apt waited 3 days. they where a no show. Rescheduled for the following day - No show and now their number is disconnected.
