Twice, I've been told by whoever answers the phone that the Engineer will call me back, but that never happens. They finally responded last week (five weeks later) asking for the original laptop because of decryption. I responded immediately about making arrangements and NO RESPONSE again. This is ridiculous. This is an employee hard drive and has very important information on it. I'm starting to lose hope that they will even return the hard drive, much less return it with the fixed files. :(

I was taking aback by his direct and honest opinion. I love the direct customer service as opposed to big box stores and with the 90 day warranty I don't think I could go wrong. I opted for an external CD ROM reader and external mouse and everything came to more than half of what I would have spent for a new machine. I brought it home. Everything was in perfect working order and I am 100% satisfied. When he asked if I was an existing customer when he rang me up at the register I said yes for like 100 years and he said we have not been in business for 100 years and I said OK well then maybe 50 he says how about 35. He doesn't pay his employees and has horrible employee retention. He over charges for diagnostic fees and is to busy to get to repairs that sit there for months. He has employees that have left that he never paid them their last 2 weeks of working there. He is a bad business person.
