They all said that with a bent housing it was not repairable. I was determined to find some way to fix it. I googled around and found Jon's video on YouTube. I contemplated trying the repair myself, but figured for the minimal shipping cost, I would roll the dice and see if he could fix it. I emailed the shop and he was great about communicating how to send the tablet and where to send it. I spoke to him on the phone briefly to confirm everything. Roughly $220 and a few business days later, I get what appears to be a completely new unit. Jon told me there were some minor imperfections, but I can't see them. Bottom line, I'm super satisfied and would highly recommend that anyone with a bent tablet other repair shops say can't be fixed should call Jon.
