They were running about 25 minutes late which I understand happens but our massages were supposed to be 60 minutes but they were closer to 40. I tried to talk to them about it but they kept saying they used a timer, if they did it wasn't set to 60. I had texted my son before we started and when they finished it had been about 35 of massage time. The massage was very very strong. For that I do recommend but being charged for 60 minutes when at best it was 40 seems uncool. Seeing as it was Christmas we just paid tipped and left.
