As a nurse and case manager for a managed care plan, I knew the claim would be denied and we would be stuck paying for the tests out of pocket. The one test that was warranted , they did not submit the prior authorization as required by the plan. So of course, the claim was not paid! Leaving us with the balance of a couple hundred dollars. There are so many other places to been seen then this place. I will never go back there. As a previous review stated, they will take your copayment and put you in a room for hours... when the physician is not even on site. We were put in a room and hours later , the physician was getting out of his car to enter the building.
