I have asthma and had completely run out of my medication. Since it was a holiday, I couldn't reach my doctor, and most pharmacies were closed. Dr. Shane Naidoo was incredibly professional, patient, and caring. He took the time to make sure I received the treatment I needed and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing anyone by arriving so close to closing time. The nurses and staff were all warm, friendly, and attentive. They even stayed after closing to make sure I was okay and helped me find a 24-hour pharmacy where I could fill my prescription that same night. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care I received. It's rare to find a medical team that goes above and beyond the way they did. I highly recommend Trufa Med Urgent Care to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and outstanding medical care. It has been a very difficult and painful experience, but the extraordinary people at this hospital have made all the difference. From the Emergency Room to the second floor where I am currently staying, every single person I have met has treated me with genuine kindness, respect, professionalism, and heartfelt compassion. My husband has been in this emergency room for about four hours in severe pain, and the care has…read morebeen extremely disappointing. He was given morphine, but within 20 minutes he told the staff it wasn't helping and that he was still in severe pain. It's now been over three hours since he asked for additional pain medication, and we're still waiting. The nurse's only explanation was that she has five other patients. While I understand emergency departments can be busy, leaving someone in severe pain for hours without reassessing or treating them is unacceptable. To make matters worse, after drawing blood from his IV line, they failed to close it properly, causing blood to leak all over the bed and his belongings. No one noticed or addressed it until we pointed it out. The lack of urgency, communication, and basic attention to patient care has been shocking. Watching a loved one suffer while waiting hours for pain relief is heartbreaking. At this point, it feels like we'd be better off going home than continuing to wait for care. I sincerely hope this hospital reviews its emergency room procedures so that other patients don't have to experience the same level of neglect.

The people who actually answered the phone after listening to a circular message for 10 minutes answered with "a short one moment" then back to the circular message.... This went on.. Till I finally was able to speak to someone whom made it seem as if I had just woken her up and was bothering her with my payment. Happy to be done with this place! Do not recommend.
