Five stars. I came in due to an injury caused by falling off my bicycle. I was immediately offered a wheel chair and seen right away. The cost of the cat scan was very reasonable and a free xray was given to confirm results. The technician was caring and careful and the doctor was thorough and professional. The environment is not friendlly. The female Indian doctor has the worse attitude. She talks down to you as if you're begging and she doesn't actually help. Told her what I needEd and nothing. she prescribed nothing and told me I can get it over the counter which was a lie. Waste of time. I don't recommend her. I don't leave reviews but how are you a doctor and you and you couldn't write or recommend anything? It's like she didn't even want to help smh. I have the same flu that's going around and I've carried chronic bronchitis for years from prior smoking. I was also curious about anxiety treatment. Went in for the usual flu refill prescription and spoke with Dr.Javed briefly, he then said he'd be right back - I watched him go out back and get in his car and leave. a new doctor Swati Patel comes in , and I had to explain everything again. I did not like that she again left the room suddenly, and another nurse came in and wanted an extra $260 for tests , aside from the $100 for the visit. That is a total of $360 out of pocket , plus $95 for medicine. $455 total for a flu and anxiety Is ludicrous. I decline the tests and after that, the conversation became very short with me. Just saying she won't prescribe me the same drug I showed her. She only wanted to prescribe what she sold most of it felt like. I repeated often I was afraid she was giving me a stronger alternative. That had suicidal side effects. I think there was honest miscommunication issues because I did research and it's clear to me - she gave me a stronger alternative. And not what I truly needed. Overall. I'm sick and they got me healthy. So I appreciate Dr.Javed , but I did not appreciate the sales tactics or assumptions of the others. The nurses were great. My wife was so ill. Dr Javed brought her in quickly and began treatment with IV and medication for a bacterial infection. She quickly began to feel better. We were so appreciative. We were told that our out of state Medicare advantage program was not accepted before treatment but we believed we could be reimbursed by our insurance. That evening, I looked at the insurance reimbursement form and it required diagnosis, diagnostic and treatment codes and proof of payment. The invoice we received only indicated the office visit and IV and did not reflect our payment. We returned the next day to attempt to get the proper paperwork but we're told to contact the billing office. We tried but that office referred us back to the Greenacres site. Back and forth I went by phone and fax without anyone taking responsibility or responding to our requests. Our insurance company also tried without results. The charge was really quite reasonable for all that was done but I just feel a need to provide this information in case your medical insurance is not accepted by this facility. I also want to reiterate that Dr. Javed's care was spot on and appreciated. Update: We were unable to secure the needed paperwork to be reimbursed by our insurance. The facility and doctor would not provide the proper documentation that would allow us to be reimbursed. read more

Very rude lady in the front. Worst experience I've ever had at a urgent care....brought my 4yr old in because of a cough that won't go away. Her primary care doctor is closed on weekends which are my only days off...I get there and sign her in. Once her name is called I walk up to the front and I'm not greeted but instantly questioned "does she have insurance?" I responded "yes" and then asked "what insurance?" I responded "sunshine health" she looked at me up and down and said "we don't take it" not even giving me any other options. read more

Awful place. Doctor make diagnoses to bill the insurance. Came in with a positive strep test and the doctor gave me medication to treat a typical URI. Call back to inform not feeling better and find out he just use a random code to bill my private insurance. Refused to change my antibiotics and the receptionist told me if I wanted to have the meds change to go back to see the doctor. Awful service and the pharmacist try to bill me $30 dollar for my meds when my copay is $10. Will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. read more

had a rubber piece from my hearing aid lodged in my ear it could be seen but needed to have it removed by a professional. The doctor on call made it so much worse he pushed it so far into my ear and then could not remove it. Even came in to the room at one point not wearing his mask. Had to go to an emergency room where there were qualified doctors. this was the worst experience I ever had in an urgent care stay away!! read more

These people only make you feel like a number, arrogant and only care about making the money. The primary Doctor in this Facility doesn't make you feel welcomed and doesn't really go in details on what the next steps will be. The receptionist has an attitude when asked questions and when explaining doesn't take the time to acknowledge the patient or even look at them straight up. Dr. Javed is a great Internist - His education and ability to help others is pure ! He loves what he does and is also integrated in Holistic mindset for myself I found him wonderful . His staff is dedicated and it shows ! I am in the medical field and having an Internist like this is a blessing - Class act and My new Dr. My thyroid ultra- sound was painless and the Radiology tech was delightful .His staff is always listening to me and my concerns and he is first Dr. who actually diagnosed me correctly !!! Worst urgent care in Palm Beach County! Stay away from these crooks! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND I worked here for almost a month (11/23), was never put on the payroll because "shah (dr. javed's brother) forgot to put me on it". They withheld my 1st paycheck, wrote me a personal check for the wrong amount & when I questioned shah, he threw his calculator at me & called me a kid! I ended up quitting in the middle of the following pay period. I let the dr know with a wk in advance that i will stop by for my final check. Come payday (Friday, 12/27), I did NOT receive a paycheck AGAIN. I'm told shah is the only one who deals with that & he left for the day so come Saturday. Saturday morning i show up with my 2 kids, & shah says to another employee "lets finish up here so we can get this garbage out of here", while pointing to my kids & me. I waited over 30 minutes, then shah wanted me to fill out a w-2 and give my ssn (which should have been done my very 1st day) I refused & ripped up the form, since I no longer work for them. Finally, after having called the cops, they write me a check. Worst, UNPROFESSIONAL experience ever! They expect you to run from office to office, go out marketing in your car, work a ridiculous 3-hour shifts at 8am, come back 4pm-6pm, then close the other office from 6:30-8pm. Then want to give you a hard time on payday for hours that you've actually worked! They have a chaotic system, lack of communication, full of unnecessary drama, etc I can go on.. If they treat their workers like this imagine the patients. They're just a bunch of crooked ass scammers! read more

Where do I begin?! I went in for dizziness and immediately had a strange feeling about the place. The receptionist was not friendly, and told me that she couldn't get anyone on the phone from my insurance company. The Dr never even examined me, didn't get within 3 feet of me and ordered a CT scan. Well, I asked how much that would cost. I was told $200 on my end. I declined the scan because of the price and lack of necessity. Then the nurse said "can you do $150?" I said no. Nurse said she would be right back. Came back 5 minutes later and said to go with her to another room. She proceeds to change the paper on the CT machine. I said, "who is paying for this?" And she replied "we will bill you." I said "No! I just told you I don't want to pay for that scan!" She then said "well, you can pay a little at a time. I said no, I already told you I don't want to pay for the scan!!" I then decided it was time to leave, then the Dr told me "well you must sign that you refuse because God forbid something happens to you, we aren't responsible". So he was trying to scare me into getting the scan. I signed and left. Well I was then approached in the parking lot by another employee so said they would waive the $200 fee. Sorry, the CT scan was unnecessary, especially when the Dr made no other effort to examine me! I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone, ever. **UPDATE: I got a $178 bill in the mail for a CT SCAN!! Are you kidding me?! Not only that, but in a week and a half I have left THREE messages for someone to call me back because "the people who handle billing aren't here". STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

On vacation, I had swimmers ear exacerbated by an ear wax problem. The aid used a loose thigh cuff to do my B/P, which turned out much lower than expected. The doctor looked at my affected ear first, then the good ear. If there was an infection, by doing the bad ear first, he then passed the contamination on to the unaffected ear. I noticed the roll of exam table paper was kept on the floor; therefore, every patient lays on paper contaminated by the floor. I asked the doctor 3 times if he visualized my tympanic membrane. He ignored me twice, and responded the third time, "Soft." What does that mean??? Then he drew a diagram of the cochlea and ordered an MRI of my ear! For an ear wax problem. Or for a tinnitus problem (which abated once the ear wax was out!). I call that quackery and Medicare fraud! BEWARE! read more

This place is awesome. He was the first doctor (after 3 other visits to urgent care clinics) who could pinpoint my pain in my lower back. Dr. Javed was able to help me heal and I was able to overcome many weeks of pain and suffering. I highly recommend them. I went in for a complete physical and absolutely loved the staff! From the moment I called for an appointment to getting there and being greeted, I knew I would want to come back! They even treated my son like their own. He loved it there and usually hates dr offices but wasnt afraid to stay here. When I met with Dr. Javed he came in and introduced himself and greeted my son too! He was quick and to the point which is great when you have kids! I chose Urgent Primary Care Center on Lake Worth Rd.,Lake Worth,Fla. because I saw it on line. I am from R.I. On vacation. I first met Andrea, the nurse who was so nice, courteous and comforting. She showed me such kindness. I was then introduced to Dr.Javed who had a wonderful bedside manner. He was so informative and knowledgeable. Lastly I met Malane, Nuclear Tech because I had to have several tests. He was also so comforting and put me at ease. Malane had a very nice way about him that you knew that he cared about each patient. I would strongly recommend this Urgent Care Center to anyone. It has all the testing equipment that a hospital has without the very long wait. Thank you to Dr Javed, Andrea and Malane for making me feel much better to enjoy the rest of my vacation. There should be more dedicated people like Andrea, Dr Javed and Malane in the Medical field that when you are sick, you especially need caring people to take care of you.
