Less than a day later, he went to the hospital, where he was immediately admitted. It took two seconds of blood work to see something was terribly wrong. Even if urgent care doesn't do labs on site, they should have sent him for blood work immediately. Instead, they dismissed him. My son-in-law is now fighting for his life. I have reached out to this urgent care many times--not only for an acknowledgment, but to stress that their providers need better education on symptoms that should never be brushed off. I have received no response. That lack of empathy is unacceptable. Thankfully, we trusted our instincts and went to another facility. But what about the patients who don't? Who believe the words "nothing is wrong" and go home, only to get worse? That thought is terrifying. The public deserves to know how dangerous it can be when symptoms are dismissed. If your gut tells you something is wrong, please fight for answers. It can save a life.

If you don't have an appointment you may have to wait. Today the wait was short. The staff were polite and efficient. The doctors I saw both times were very nice and thorough with questions and checking appropriate body parts for the issue. They do some basic lab tests then send specimen out for other in depth testing. The doctors were careful to write scripts that I can take and are not allergic too. Very happy with the care I received. I go here when my primary care doctor is not available and I need to be seen.

I didn't know this clinic, just picked it from the web, I phoned to ask about a prescription for an MRI and they responded "we can do that". So off I go and got the MRI that same afternoon. Results through a visit the following day. Next carotid ultrasound was as easy as the first appointment. Truly excellent service and I'm told they have some staff who speak French. Very, very, good service.

I have full coverage on all services at an urgent care and they charge me $200 to remove an abscess with anesthesia. I called my insurance and they told me that this was wrong. Just wasted an hour of my life for scammers. If you're gonna go to urgent care go to MD now or somewhere more established.
