My insurance company basically assigned me to a pcp here because I didn't have one. I figured why…read morenot, since I had been using my women's care physician for all my medical needs and it was time to see a pcp. Office is clean and everything. But this place is basically just a conveyor belt for a doctors office. They just push you in and push you out with no actual investment in your well being. The doctor I saw told me that the otc meds I take for an occasional issue are not effective and that the rx stuff works much better, but the. She doesn't order the rx. When I was in the lab down the hall, the were ready to physically restrain me from going back to ask her to write the rx. No one in the office was willing to allow me to speak to her or even convey the message to her, and I was ultimately told I'd have to make a new appointment to ask for this rx. Additionally, when she told me what tests they'd be running, I asked if she'd call me when the results came in to discuss them, as that is what my ob dr does, whom I had been seeing for pretty much all my health needs. She tells me ok. But when I am electronically notified of the results, some of which were not within normal range, my only option is reading the "suggestion" she wrote, instead of calling me and discussing my results with me since the "suggestion" she made to "just exercise" doesn't really help since I'm already running 3 miles a day. I digress. If you want your doctor to provide service that is tailored to your needs, don't come here, where you're bringing but a number. And since the insurance company is partnered with them, I'm sure there's a nice kickback involved.

The only good thing that was good about this place was that they were able to see me quickly. But…read moreI'm now assuming the reason that they have availability is because nobody wants to go with them. I saw a doctor here for an infection and it took them a WEEK to get me my prescription only AFTER calling them 2 days in a row to beg them to do their job. The doctor told me my prescription if needed would be called in 24-48 hours after the appointment. My appointment was Friday, so I assumed I would not get the prescription until Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday passed, no call. When I called on Wednesday, they told me my results weren't in yet. Then they told me they had them but couldn't share them with me. Then they told me they didn't have them again. Well which is it? Nobody seems to know what they're talking about. Then I downloaded the mySanitas app and got my results myself, so they were available. Then I called back to ask them to please write the prescription for the antibiotics that I needed, and they told me that I would have to come back in for an appointment with the doctor. WHY would I have to come BACK in? These people have no idea what they're doing. So they put me on a "priority call list" to be called the next day. It's almost the end of the day and they STILL hadn't called, and we are way passed the 48 hour window as it's been 5 business days. So I had to call again, and I then had to DEMAND that the prescription be confirmed and called in during this phone call to make sure it got done. Apparently nothing gets done unless you call them repeatedly and hound them to do their job. I won't be returning.
