She said that she had no reservation for me. I said I'd just spoken to a guy who said he'd send me a cab. She said, that's Dispatch, I'm Reservations. I said ok, connect me to Dispatch. She said "They don't take calls." I said I just talked to the guy. This went on for a while but it was no use. She insisted there was no reservation for my cab. I started walking. A few minutes later I get a call that my cab is there. I walk back half a block to the transit center. There's no cab there. While Jackson did not have availability for the next day, he found a different company to handle our shuttle needs. I was contacted an hour later by the driver to confirm our reservation, and provided a contact number for any customer service needs.
