I asked for an even layered cut and the result was absolutely devastating to me. Worse than that though, was the fact that she refused to take accountability for what she did to me. Initially when I got the cut I could only see the front because she did not show me the sides or back in a mirror. I paid $195 for cut and color and I gave her a $45 tip. When I got home I saw that there were huge gaps and literally several inches longer pieces hanging down. I went back to her and asked her to even it out and she made it even worse. It almost seemed as though she purposely ruined my hair. I told her I was not happy at all with the cut and asked for a refund. She did not refund me and also kept my generous tip. She absolutely sucks in every way, BEWARE!! AVOID THIS WOMAN UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND YEARS GROWING YOUR HAIR BACK AFTER SHE GETS DONE WITH YOU!!

The price online said $370 for a 1-hr couple's massage and when we went to pay, the total was $486 with all the added on taxes and gratuities. I was caught by surprise to say the least and when I brought it up, they said there were all these fees and gratuities included that would have been nice to know about when I booked on the phone with them. So be ready to pay at least $100 on top of the price you see online.
