My Mom is 83 years old and was anxious about getting to this meeting on time (literally a 6 minute drive) from the LIRR. When I called the dispatcher asking where the taxi was, I was told we would have to wait 15 minutes. We called LYFT who showed up in 4 minutes.

Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer.
