Went beyond my expectations! Our driver was waiting at baggage claim for us, grabbed our bags and put them in the car, opened the doors, and between the seats was waiting a bottle of champagne on ice!! The car was a 2019, felt brand new, captains seats and all. Living large ! Price was better than all the others I requested. He was responsive to my request for pickup and just a super nice guy. Best car service there is. We exclusively take this car company as they are extremely reliable, on time and friendly. Mario, the manager and one of the drivers, is just amazing! We feel we are in a family car when riding in his Cadillac. They have always been extremely clean but since COVID it is beyond clean! The little water bottles and hand sanitizers at every door make the ride even more enjoyable. This has become one of the highlights of our trips, heading to and from the airport in their luxury car. Mario is awesome! He is a professional, very sweet and respectful. He was on time. It was my first time in New York and he was sensitive to that. When he picked up my husband and I from the JFK airport, he told us to prepare before stepping outside because it was 4 degrees outside. He parked close to the airport exit so we wouldn't have to walk a far distance in the cold. He also helped us with our bags and gave us info of the restaurants and landmarks that where near our hotel. He even told us how many minutes away these places were from our hotel. His driving was very safe too. When he dropped us off at the hotel he even told me to text him If I needed any pointers of where to eat or how to get around. I also booked him for our pick up to return to the airport from our hotel. He was also there on time and got us to the airport 2 hours early which was the recommended time. After reviewing yelp reviews I sent a message to Luxury Cab Company to get a quote from Manhattan to Newark Airport. It was the same price I had paid for a dirty cab from Newark airport when I arrived. My message was answered within minutes and included everything, no tolls or other surprises. Mario picked us up in a beautiful, clean SUV with water and was a wonderful host. He was 30 minutes early which I appreciated because getting to the airport always stresses me. My boss needed a car to LGA, so I called upon Luxury NY Limo. The customer service was A+ from the start: Easy to get ahold of, easy to book, easy payment, easy everything. Nothing but professional and accommodating. The driver - Mario! - arrived in front of the office 15 minutes before the requested pick-up time. There was a sign with my boss's name on it letting me know it was the one. The car looked brand new as it was spotless inside and out. They arrived at the airport in great time. Shortly after, I received an e-mailed receipt notifying me of the processed payment. Couldn't believe how affordable it was (I'd also like to point out that, though it is pretty standard, there were bottles of water for each passenger). Everything worked out so flawlessly that there's no question I would recommend to anyone. There's certainly no question about the fact that I'll be using them again. We had the best experience with Luxury NY Limo this past weekend for our ride from manhattan to Newport Rhode Island. Mario was on time and very accommodating from door to door. From the moment we entered the beautiful new Cadillac Escalade , it was clean, there were stocked water bottles, gum, hand sanitizer and anything else we needed. They offer free WiFi in the car and Bluetooth to connect your music. Mario made a restroom stop for us and was only concerned with making sure we had a great experience and felt comfortable. We had such a great experience that we ended up booking him for our way home as well! I highly recommend using this company for any transportation needs!! read more

Not sure where the 5 star reviews are coming from. They're quick to offer you a good price and take your reservation but good luck hearing from them again. I had to make a change and called/emailed them for 3 days...on all 3 numbers and emails listed on their website. No response at all. Left them a voicemail and told them to cancel my reservation and they miraculously responded. Maybe I was an outlier..but I definitely don't have enough confidence to book them in the future. Rip off & Bad service. Trip started off ok, nice car, but when I got to my hotel, he dropped me off on the street and did not pull up to the valet. I had four suit cases. He said it was faster. Faster for who? I ended up lugging my suitebcases myself up the the hotel front desk since it was not on the ground floor. This is not luxury service. He also would not take a credit card and I ended up going to the ATM to pay cash. I didn't appreciate having to do this at midnight. When I emailed to give feedback and clarify the price for the return trip, they sent back a non-understandible message, gave no apology and cancelled my return trip. I didn't ask them to cancel, just wanted to give feedback. This left me without a ride with less than 24 hours notice. I'll never use them again. Tacky, unprofessional. read more

This review is long overdue. This is the only limo service that is top notch that I will hire while in New York. Mario is unbelievably amazing. He is the utmost professional, considerate, kind and very reliable. He gets you to where you are going timely. He is not one of those NYC taxi cab drivers who have no personality whatsoever. We booked Mario for our wedding in Long Island this September. He sent me a confirmation of our booking and even texted me pictures of vehicles and gave us a choice of which one we wanted. We had him scheduled to come pick us up at 1:45 AM. Mario was there 15 minutes ahead and waited an extra 30 minutes until 2:15 until we came out. Our driver Mario was wonderful. He called me before our flight even left DAB to tell us that he couldn't do the meet and greet at JFK Terminal 5 because the parking garage was closed do to construction. He offered to meet us at another terminal but we declined and did curb side pick up. He was very prompt. He is very nice and respectful. These guys are the greatest. I goofed. At the last minute, I pulled a time change on them thinking I had reserved for them to pick us up at the hotel at 12:30 pm. I used this car service on my trip to NYC with my wife and 4 year old son. Mario was always courteous and super friendly on the phone and gave me a great price that included a car seat for my son. Due to inclement weather in New York and my son getting strep throat the night before we were supposed to leave I contacted Mario the morning of our scheduled arrival having to delay it by a day. Mario was very considerate and changes my reservation with no problem. We arrived the next day at La Guardia and within 5 minutes of us retrieving our luggage the driver put it into the car for us and was very courteous. We had reserved a sedan and got a suburban!! Nice plus. Vehicle was very clean and carseat installed. We appreciated the car service so much we booked it for our return trip a few days later. Again vehicle arrived on time, driver very nice and again had booked a sedan and receive a Cadillac Escalade. Plus again. As we are not that familiar with NYC the driver was nice enough to point out areas and landmarks on our way back. Great car service, reasonable price.
