I filed my own nails after she did a pass, as my nails were still very uneven (mostly on the sides). While cleaning my nails, one of the nails came undone and the technician had to redo it. Not a good sign. I was unhappy with the uneven job and poor quality, but figured I didn't want to deal with drama so I paid and left. But then while waiting for my flight, I noticed that the gel was lifting up off on the thumb and was about to peel off. I went back to XpressSpa to try to get my money back. They said they could not offer a refund at the location; they did offer to fix the nail but my flight was about to start boarding so I wanted to get back to the gate. I am in communications with XpressSpa customer service to get a refund. $50 is too much money for a bad gel. Less than a day later and half the thumb has peeled off. :( Stick to the massages at XpressSpa's but perhaps skip the mani!

She took great care to remove the old polish and clean up my nails. I've never had my nails shaped as perfectly as Kristin did today. And she painted the polish perfectly as well! It is, by far, the best manicure I've had. Kristen is so pleasant to chat with and the quietness of her individual nail spa was calming. She also uses Venmo, which was so easy and convenient! I had made an appointment for Saturday at 9:30am. When I arrived it was packed! Every nail tech was busy. They told me there was going to be a little wait so I sat. About 10 minutes later I was asked to come to a desk. Kathy did my nails that day. I let her know I wanted gel. She did everything in about 20-30 minutes. It felt rushed since there were so many people and more coming in through the door. I did like the color of my nails but it looks like she didn't bring the color all the way down to my fingertips and you can see the whites of my nails.

Definitely felt pampered and rejuvenated! Making the reservation on line was quick and easy! I arrived 30 minutes early as suggested. Greeted warmly by staff. All the amenities needed after the massage was available- razor, toothbrush/paste, brush/combs etc. The eucalyptus sauna was amazing! Then proceed to the relaxation lounge- beautifully decorated! The soft music was calming. There were private areas to relax with curtains and common area. Lots of pillows and blankets. OMG! I was addicted to the coconut infused water so refreshing!! There was coloring available! Love that art activity was offered. Massage Therapist Tayler was so amazing!!! Magical soothing hands! The massage table was heated. With that said, I expected much more in the spa amenities. The amenities they offer are a steam sauna (that is mediocre, barely steamy, like I literally left not sweaty), and a cold rain shower, as well as a unisex relaxation room while waiting on your service. The relaxation room is well decorated but also basic. Book a treatment but don't expect to be impressed any extras.
