My experience with Xpress Custom Print was average. Perhaps my expectations for customer service are higher than they should be. I'll let you decide that though. As a new customer, and someone completely new to this space of apparel making, I was hungry for advice / guidance into garment choice and printing type for my endeavor. I was really looking for a customer service representative who could be forward with making suggestions as to which garment to select for a basic t-shirt given my requirements, as well as suggestions as to how large we should print our logo on the tees (how would I know what size the tees are)? Instead, I felt like I was on my own here. I was really looking forward to working with a customer service representative who was forward in providing information and suggestions for me. For example, we had a logo with black text in it as well as the same logo with white text. I figured that it would be obvious that for the dark-colored garments, that the logo choice was the white text and for the lighter colored garments, the choice was the dark text. I felt like I had to give step-by-step instructions in order for them to get it right. Also, the small things really matter in customer service. My business partner and I were both involved in the decisions on which garments to print, and I had to ask at least 5 times for the reply emails to be "reply all" instead of only replying directly to me. We had a few garments printed with the "DTG" (direct-to-garment") style for sample shirts for our new shirt design. Some of these were just very poor quality. If you can imagine what a color inkjet printer prints like when it's running out of ink, that's what some of the prints looked like. Unfortunately, by the time I had realized how crappy the print was, I was already shipping out the shirt to one of our sponsored athletes. I had to send XPress a picture of the poorly printed t-shirt, and have them print another one. Sadly, they charged for this. They do have two cute dogs in their print studio who will jump on you if you seem friendly (beware if you don't like dogs or are allergic). read more

I needed some soccer jerseys for my daughters soccer team, and I looked everywhere and came across XSports. Their friendly staff was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process start to finish. Not only was there customer service good the quality was superb and they got them to me in less than two weeks!!!!! Will definitely use again in the future. read more

the worst experience i had in my entire life drove 4 and a half hours because by the way they have their website set up i thought it would turn out to be a great experience. so i was on time to my appointment and showed a product that i patented they said the could definitely do it .they said it would take 3 to 4 days for the prototype they just needed for me to send the design and i did . the image i sent did not violate any copyright or trademarks.they never called me or informed that they needed anything so 4 days passed by no prototype that i paid for. i called ,called,and called finally michael told me he would get with the owner .he never called back .that following monday i called agai he said he would call the owner and email me . he emailed me saying that they could not provide me with any service because that it was not a good fit for them.why didnt you say that in the beginning aall that time was waisted . you know a lot of things run through my mind on why i could not get the equal opportunity like other customers is it because i am black? is it because you want to try steal my idea that i patented .does not make any sense worst experience of my life!!!!! no need to hate just being real!!!different strokes for differnt folks!!! all i am saying all customers becareful!!!!! read more

Probably the worst over the phone customer service this morning I've ever had. Quote shopping for an expedited order of 3 youth team custom t shirts (45 shirts total) and the man who answered the phone was unenthusiastic, unhelpful and with no interest in meeting my needs. This is my very first review. Ever. But my experience has been so horrible it's kinda funny. I inquired about getting some sample shirts done on July 1. I write this review on Aug 1 without a quote, status update, or even I reply to my email after a month long back and forth. I even called and spoke to a nice lady who assured me she would get back to me with some answers; that was four days ago. Maybe because my initial order wasn't large in quantity I wasn't lucky enough to get a reply to an email. Long story short, I paid over $1000 at this place to get some work done.....a mistake was made on behalf of the print shop, and instead of addressing the mistake the owner decided to lie to me about it, and wait until my deadline to tell me. I have a small sports team and needed to get quality shirts at an affordable price. I had worked with two other local companies over the past year and was not satisfied with the product either time. I decided to give Xpress Custom Print a shot after watching their video posted here on Yelp. Rich was very thorough, answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and provided me with a sample before the order was put through for completion. I picked my order up yesterday, only four days after I submitted it, and the shirts are spot on with images that are far superior to the other companies I used. I placed an order on February 21st for 2 shirts. I was told that it would be 3-5 business days for me to receive my order. I emailed them on March 5 to let them know that I still didn't receive my order and got no response. I emailed again on June 5th and got a response on June 6th stating that they were sorry, would look it up on the backend, and have my order sent out. On June 25th I sent an email because I still had not received my order even after an employee responding to me, telling me they would check on it and have it sent out. And of course, no response. I replied to the email they had sent me on June the 6th, on August 11th, to see if they would then respond to my email. Today is August 22nd and I still have not received my order nor has anyone had the decency to respond in regards to it. My order was accepted but was never sent. My phone number has also been attached to each individual email, in case someone wanted to reach out that way. At this point, I dont even want the shirts. I want a refund. It is ridiculous that I have not only waited 6 months but the fact that you guys don't respond to emails and aren't people of your word, I don't see how you stay in business! read more

This company is so Awesome, they are one of a kind! I cannot believe how great my experience was with this company. My son was turning one and I had ordered a t-shirt online with another company with a special print of Peter Rabbit to wear at his birthday party. I found out at 5pm on Saturday, the day before the party, that the order would not reach me for the following day even though I had paid for express delivery. I frantically rang around to see if another print company could help me last minute. Everyone said no, or didn't answer the phone. I call Xpress Custom Print and spoke to Rich. I explained my predicament. He asked me to send the image across via email so he could look at it. He then went out of his way to search for a shirt for me. He found one for a 12 month old but when I drove over to his store it was too small for my son. He suggested I go to Target or similar to look for a shirt and gave me specifics on the fabric needed so the print would come out well. I called from the clothes store to say unfortunately there were no plain shirts, at this time it was almost 7pm and he had stayed waiting to help me! When I called I asked if he was open on Sunday by any chance as the party was planned for the afternoon. I expected a no, but instead he said, you know what I live very nearby and am happy to open for you on Sunday morning so we can get the t-shirt printed if you can find one! I was so surprised and totally impressed. I found a shirt that evening and called Rich on the number he provided at 9am on Sunday morning. He met me at the store at 9.30am and not only printed the image, but gave me a second shirt he had used as a test for free. I tried to pay a tip on my order but he wouldn't accept it and said he could tell how important it was to me to have the shirt so he was happy he could help. I cannot stress to you just how fantastic and sincere the service he offered was. There are very few people in business who would have gone so far out of their way to help their customers like that and yet by doing this, I will be a customer there for life! To another brand it may have just been a t-shirt, but to me, Rich helped to create the most amazing first birthday party for our family and allowed me to take photos which we will keep forever. This is a truly wonderful business and Rich is an exceptional person. Thank you so much to Rich and the Xpress Custom Print team, I will recommend them forever!
