I cruise through this car wash all the time. I like that there is someone on duty. I feel like the prices are fair and the drive thru service does a good job. There are also free vacuums for after. This is my favorite self serv car wash. read more

This used to be my favorite car wash. I used it every other week for 9 years. But recently, the ownership changed, and they are never open. It's 55 degrees outside? They're closed. It's 65 degrees outside? They're closed. The new owners forced me to find a different car wash, and it turns out I actually like the new one better! I'm really not sure of the business strategy of this location, but I hope it works out for the new owners! read more

I used this carwash for years, never had any problems with my Chevy truck, Trans Am, or Volvo. But I got a new POS Hyundai now that just can't take the beating that this carwash does. Do I blame the POS car or the carwash? I don't know......use with caution and maybe only bring American and European cars through here. I'm going with touchless from now on. It got stuck on the track and needed a front realignment $80 and is still slightly off in the rear but can't fix that, pulled the corner of the front bumper off and broke the clip (can't just buy the clip, need a whole new bumper) $900, chrome window trim came off (can't just buy the trim, need a whole new window) $350. read more

A $12 car wash could cost you thousands. Be warned. Most expensive car wash option put long dents in both sides of one year old vehicle. Owner repeated to state she was not liable since I drove off the lot before noticing. When I took the car to a professional they showed damage along both sides of the car that caused paint to dull in addition to the dents caused by the car wash. I've now been to multiple professionals all validating the damage, cost, and way it occurred. This is the only car wash I have taken this car to. Total assessment of damages in the thousands. Inspect and take pictures of your car before going through this car wash and be sure not drive off the lot until you have a check in your hand for any damages. This is not a responsible business owner and she doesn't care about her long time customers. I would avoid if you have other options. read more

Just like the other reviewers, my car was damaged by this business. Just like the others, the manager said they weren't responsible. Halfway thru the wash, the track stopped moving my car and did damage to the front suspension by torquing the front wheel in the trough. I didn't notice tho until I pulled into the street. I immediately pulled back into the car wash after exiting (30 feet and 10 seconds) and the manager on duty said that since I left the property that they weren't liable. I pointed out that I had literally just left and she became extremely rude. I had just driven up from Texas on my way to a funeral and I just wanted a clean car. Instead they damaged my property and made an awful day even worse. This place deserves to go out of business. read more

I have been a customer since this car wash first opened years ago and never had a problem until yesterday. I used the brush with bucket to go over the car before going through the wash. After I pulled out I noticed it looked like a scratch on my windshield when I got home I checked it and it was definitely a scratch that was not there before I washed the car. I called and spoke to Victor today and he said they could do nothing as it states on receipt you have to request to print out and other signs they are not responsible for any damage. He was very apologetic about it but said once you leave the property they will not stand by anything. Good lesson to learn, need to find a place that they take responsibility for their business and their equipment they put out for their customers to use. read more

I have two automobiles. I purchased the ultimate wash package on a monthly basis for both. Two weeks ago I purchased a brand new 16. This past Monday, 3/21 at 4:40pm, I took it through this car wash for its first wash. The attendant shut the wash off with me stuck in the middle, it caused the side roller to come into contact with the driver's door. There was a series of long scratches. I immediately exited the wash (once the attendant turned it back on) and pointed out the damage. There is a sign which says you have to report damage before leaving. I reported the damage, the attendant took my number and name, and said he would have the manager call me to discuss the matter. Today, when I returned after no call for 5 business days, the sullen manager said they were not responsible because I left and did not fill out an incident form. I told him to cancel my recurring monthly charges. He refused to provide an owner's name or any paperwork documenting my cancellation and told me to leave. Do not use this business. This incident aside, it provides a substandard wash and damages your vehicle. Of course it isn't big dents, just minor scrapes and scratches which pile up over time. Their vacuumes do not work well. The worst part is the employees are downright discourteous. I stopped tipping because they acted put out to come over to the window of the car to get the tip. Seriously, one of the worst businesses I have ever encountered, especially to downright lie and deceive. RUN don't walk. RUN away! read more

I have used this car wash for about a year, my trip yesterday was a disaster. Following the instructions of their employee, the ramp blew up my driver's side front tire. To add insult to injury, they are refusing to remedy the situation at all. Avoid this place. read more
