They are easy to schedule with and contact. We were able to easily schedule a move in cleaning on short notice (only a couple days) and at our desired time. Each of the employees I interacted with were friendly. We scheduled a move in cleaning before moving into the house. Two employees arrived at our house to clean. They came early (15-20 min early) so I was not at the house yet. I believe they waited in the car until I arrived. Cost of move in package: $260 (50% paid before cleaning). Here is the list of items (that they emailed) that the move in/out package includes with my review of each service: *  Dusting: All General Surfaces - good *  Vacuuming: All Floors, Carpet, And Area Rugs - good, some areas and corners were missed within reason and understandable * Sweeping: All Hardwood Floors - unsure, I believe they mainly vacuumed and mopped the hardwood * Mopping: All Hardwood, Tile, & Vinyl Flooring - very good * Standard Polished Bathrooms: Bathtubs, Toilets, Sinks, and Mirrors - excellent, they spent a lot of time scrubbing the sinks, bathtub, and toilets *  Polished Bedrooms: Dusting, Vacuuming and Sanitizing Surfaces - good * Polished Living Room: Dusting, Vacuuming and Sanitizing Surfaces - good * Polished Dining Room: Dusting, Vacuuming and Sanitizing Surfaces - good * Polished Kitchen: Surfaces Whipped Down and Floor Polishing - good, I thought they mentioned vacuuming out the cabinets, however, the kitchen cabinets were not vacuumed/cleaned since we found broken glass, crumbs, and cobwebs * Kitchen Appliances (Inside and Out) - excellent job cleaning the oven and refrigerator, a stain was left on our floor after the oven cleaning. They did offer to come back to try and remove it. We did not feel comfortable with this as it likely will remove the finish from our flooring. I would recommend that they lay something on the floor underneath the oven door as they clean it in order to protect the floor * Window Treatments (Inside Only) - good * Carpet Freshening Services (Linen Fresh Scent) - not applicable * Blind Treatment - excellent, they hand wiped our shutters * Baseboards and Crown Molding - excellent, they wiped down the base boards * Ceiling Fans and Light Fixtures - unsure, difficult to tell and our ceiling fans are too high to check * Air Vents (Dusted and Sanitized) - good * COVID SANITIZING : Door Knobs, light switch and anti-bacterial spray Prior to their arrival, we added to the service a deep clean of the tile in our shower, an extra $25. They needed an additional cleaner from their office to effectively complete this additional service. They do not typically carry this with them so one employee needed to return to the office to get it while the other employee continued to cleaned. They certainly deep cleaned the shower and cleaned the tile. The specific part we wanted cleaned was unable to be removed. They certainly tried and we did to. They spent about 4.5 - 5 hrs at the house. We do not plan on needing cleaning services moving forward. Due to the amount of cleaning needed before we moved in, we are glad we scheduled the move in cleaning with A Touch of Luxury.

In response to your reply: The bank did not resolve in your favor, I just refused to pay the additional $500 to fight you because you wouldn't admit that you had wronged a customer. My bank even went as far to say how ridiculous your business is for attempting to fight me. However because I didn't want to pay the extra $500 to go to litigations I had to pay you. Sadly the wrong the one won in the situation. I'm so glad you like to take advantage of your customers and then go further to say that you won. Beware of this business.
