A friend went by the house after and said the cleaning was hardly done and that they had missed two entire sections of the house - the carpeted attic and a basement room. He ended up vacuuming and cleaning the house again. I made a few mistakes here: first, not going with a Yelp guaranteed business, because now I cannot get my money back. Second, sending money without verifying what they did. I asked them for less than half of the money back (I would like to use that for a gift certificate for my friend doing their cleaning work), but they refused any refund at all. Don't waste your money here! Go with a more reputable company.
