Both Obi and Sofi (the owners of this company- unknown last names they do not provide those which is suspicious unto itself) did not follow through with the training times and dates as promised when signing the contract and cancelled sessions frequently after they received the E transferred funds. They also tried to pressure me into purchasing another meal package after already pressuring me to purchase another exercise package. When I refused to transfer more money they became hostile and began to cancel sessions non stop in order to get me to stop coming to the gym of my own accord and then refused to refund any of the money I had sent. Both owners are also unprofessional as they gossip about all clients, divulge client personal information, create a toxic culture of exercise, and are unreliable in providing the workout sessions. They have cancelled over 15 of my sessions and the relationship broke down after they cancelled a session on Sunday July 6 at 12 pm when I was already enroute and it started at 12:30 pm. I was courteous and requested only the session I have not started using to be refunded and they refused. I requested they refund my 2909.75 for the 34 session package I have not started and they refused and began lying via text message as they know it can be used in court. They have bad business practices and purposely frustrate clients and do not provide the goods and services I have paid for such as the meal service in order to have clients stop coming to the gym. They blatantly lie about their availability and state they train from 6:30 am -10 pm 6 days a week thus makes their entire contract null and void.

Entrance is located in the back alleyway off Fennings St. The clinic is not accessible where you do need to navigate a flight of stairs. The RMT, Benny, was recommended to me by a friend who had a good massage with him. I was hesitant at first as I don't typically use male RMTs (feel more comfortable with female RMTs), however, after such positive reviews from my friend I decided to book a massage with Benny. I arrived at Heal Space day of my appointment where the entrance was easy to find (despite the entrance being in a back alley). I waited in the "waiting area" room where Benny came out shortly at my massage time. He led me to the massage room and we talked about my concerns and what I hoped to get out of the massage. He listened to my requests and then the massage began. I found that he did a great job with working my muscles as I often workout and enjoy a more deep tissue massage with a good amount of pressure to relieve my soreness and deep knots. My body definitely felt relief afterwards where I got a great night of sleep. Definitely will return for more massage therapy sessions in the future!

We came here and I instantly loved the relaxed and warm vibe of the place. I often find yoga studios to be a bit snobby and/or obnoxiously spiritual. This is a yoga place for me. The instructors are relaxed and welcoming and the other students range across all ages and ethnicities. The practice rooms are large, and one has a mirror on the wall so you can see how terribly you're doing (if you're me). Both rooms have blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters and cleaning kits that are free for everyone to use. The instructors make sure to give alternative poses for the newbies or otherwise inflexible. There's also a big sitting room area with low lighting where you can enjoy complimentary filtered water or tea before and after class. The change rooms are spacious with shower facilities and a really nice lavender hand soap. I finished out my unlimited intro month (SO WORTH IT at $40!!) and have purchased a 20-class pass.
