Used their maintenance plan and spent almost $2000 over that period. Some people may think that's too much to spend over two years but my A/C VAC was 25 years old! Of course I kept up my end by nurturing/cleaning our unit as much as I could. I loved the techs that did the semi annual checks. They remarked at how clean the system was. We did some minor replacements on parts but again at that age more things could go wrong. The office people were always superb and professional. We sold our beautiful home in the summer of '16 with that 25 year old system doing its job well. I know without ICE's partnership, I couldn't have done that well.

Had them give me a quote on another system for our barn during covid but ultimately went with another vendor quote (and that system has been problem free). Called today to see if I could get service on one of the compressors they sold us and apparently they are blocking my phone # (my wife's phone was able to get through). Very odd behavior. Apparently we are close enough to sell AC systems but they don't want to service us or they are butt hurt that I didn't accept last quote. You have been warned. Comment on the response: Erica's response doesn't make sense - they show service to the area on the website, they have never raised any issue of "safety" at our house and doesn't excuse blocking the number of a customer who has always been polite and paid bills promptly.

Firstly, I have two units for my home, and I knew that eventually I would have to replace the two of them because they were on their last legs. One of the units kept tripping a breaker. I submitted a claim with my home warranty (Choice Home Warranty) and they contracted out BCA Climate Control to come fix the issue or whatever it is that Home Warranty companies want them to do. The technician who came by was friendly and quite welcoming. He was very honest with me, and knowing the condition of the unit, he wasn't trying to pull a fast one on me. It's something I appreciated because in this day and age, many businesses try to squeeze you for all they can. The technician (we'll call him Frank) let me know that the chance of the home warranty fixing the part or replacing the pump itself was slim to none. I asked him how much it would cost for a new one and he gave me a price that didn't make me queasy. I then asked him for a price for both systems, and his price seemed very fair. I had originally planned on having a few other companies come by to quote me on two systems, but speaking with Frank, I wanted to give him my business. He wasn't trying to get me to overpay for a system that was more than I needed, he gave me quality and exactly what was needed. Nothing more, nothing less. Mere hours after he came by under the umbrella of a home warranty company, he had won me over and we agreed to replace both systems in my home. Frank and his colleague worked very hard to replace both systems. Doing so over the course of 2 days. A busted sprinkler in my yard caused the area where he and his colleague would work to be muddy, but they got the job done. I sincerely appreciated the kindness by both his colleague and him. My wife offered them some snacks and tea throughout the day, and my kids seemed to enjoy having them around. A happy family, makes a happy dad. I surely was happy with my new Trane system, but more now that I have this company as my preferred service provider for my HVAC system. Once my yard dries up and we clean things up, I'll post a picture of their work. I'll be utilizing BCA Climate Control to service my new system every 6 months. It will be good to have them back. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. You will not be disappointed and if any of their other techs are as good Frank or even half as good, you're going to be in good hands.
