I want to start off by saying that Xtreme Ninja Martial Arts is truly the best dojo. I started going here in 2022, and it has been an amazing experience from the very beginning. Every time I train here, I feel motivated to push myself and become the best version of who I can be. This dojo doesn't just focus on karate technique, but on discipline, communication, commitment, patience, and confidence. These lessons have helped me grow in so many ways, both in martial arts and in life. What I love most about this dojo is the environment. No one ever forces you to do anything. They are here to guide and support you, but you have to want to improve yourself. That mindset has changed how I approach everything I do. I have learned so many valuable skills from different instructors, but Ninja has taught me most of what I know. My foundation in martial arts is built on what he has taught me. He has had one of the biggest impacts on me, not just as an instructor, but as a mentor. I honestly wouldn't be where I am without him. There was a time when I wanted to quit karate. I didn't want to commit to going twice a week, and I started losing motivation. My mother kept encouraging me to keep going, but I kept insisting that I wanted to stop. Eventually, she told me that if I really wanted to quit, I could. That made me think about everything I had learned, all the people I had met, and how much I had grown since I started. I realized how much karate meant to me. I remembered all the fun moments and everything that this dojo had given me, and I decided I didn't want to let it go. Instead of quitting, I chose to increase my membership from two days a week to three (I may not show up all 3 times, but thats not the point lol). I started going here when I lived in Medford, and when I moved, my mom tried to find a dojo closer to our new home. I refused, because I knew no other dojo could ever compare to this one. Xtreme Ninja Martial Arts is more than just a place to train. It's a place that has helped me grow as a person, build confidence, and find strength within myself. I am proud to be a part of this dojo, and I am so grateful for everything it has given me. I've been coming to Xtreme Ninja Martial Arts for about 4 years now. I started with the I Love Kickboxing classes and eventually moved on to training Muay Thai. My first day was a big wakeup call. I was so out of shape I got winded doing some standard drills. Fortunately the instructor and even the other students were so kind and patient that rather than feeling embarrassed I was just excited to keep coming back so I could improve. There's a great sense of community at this gym and while this kind of thing might be intimidating there's such a wide range of ages and experience levels that anyone who shows up and is decently motivated can find their place. I've lost a noticeable amount of weight since I started, my cardio's gone up considerably, and the confidence these changes gave me have worked their way into just about every other aspect of my life. I'd recommend classes here to pretty much anyone, but particularly people who haven't found a form of exercise that really clicks with them yet. My son has been training with Ninja at Xtreme Ninja Martial Arts for almost 6 years. He absolutely loves it there and would go every day of the week if he could. He has learned so much through the martial arts-- not only forms and self-defense but values and self-confidence as well. Ninja inspires his students to respect others and themselves, do the right thing because it is right not because they will be rewarded, and to help out at home. I took about 2-3 classes at the ILK section a few months ago and the classes were tough but absolutely amazing and fun! Not only are we taught everything we need to know, we are challenged and focused on by the instructors. They create such a welcoming, respectful, and comfortable atmosphere for students of all levels. Today I took a kickboxing/self defense session at their partner company, Athleta. It was such an fun yet informative class that I am so grateful to have taken (thanks to my bf for signing me up!). The skills we learned were so important and embodied the core of everything that martial arts is - I was hanging onto every word. I can't thank Ninja and all instructors enough for the experience. Xtreme Ninja Martial Arts Center is a great place to join for getting fit, self-defense and/or with the goal of competing. I've been taking the Adult Kickboxing/Muay Thai class for about 10 months and love every second of it. The staff is extremely supportive of your goals & Ninja is the first trainer I've ever worked with that has not only kept me motivated to continue but also changed my entire outlook on exercise. I've never trained in any form of martial art's & I honestly hated gyms before coming here but I now look forward to class 3 x's per week. The quality of the classes are outstanding & they're constantly adjusted to your ability level so you're consistently challenged. I train at Xtreme Ninja Martial Arts Center myself, and I love it! There are many different programs for kids all ages. The staff members are very nice and respectful. I love Xtreme Ninja Martial Arts kickboxing. I've been training for a marathon and took up kickboxing at the same time. I can honestly say it enhanced my running and gave me a great workout. I take two classes a week due to my training schedule. The staff are very knowledgeable, supportive, friendly, and keep you motivated. I actually look forward to the classes. I have been working out for years prior and was disappointed in the lack of results. In the short time I have been taking classes at Xtreme Ninja I am noticing toning/definition and endurance. My son started with Xtreme Ninja Martial Arts in December 2018 and I must say he loves it. One day, I was watching the kickboxing class in action and instantly said to myself I have to do this. I started with the 10 introduction classes and by the end of the first class I was hooked and knew I wanted to sign up! I have been going to Xtreme Ninja a little under a month and ever since the first class, I fell in love! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful and the instructors are super encouraging and motivating--and while it is important to them that we always feel challenged through the workouts, their main goal is that we have fun and just enjoy the whole learning process. I am so pleased that in just the short amount of time of attending, my fitness level has gone to new levels. My 3 kids have been training at Xtreme Ninja Martial Arts Center for the past few years. The instructors here are amazing. They not only teach my children techniques and self defense, they are teaching respect, confidence, determination, leadership and commitment. Xtreme Ninja's Martial Arts studio has numerous activities to participate in that are offered to both children and adults. They offer Kenpo Karate, Muoy Thai, Jiu Jitsu, and their latest addion, Yoga! I myself practice karate and yoga, which have been so beneficial to me. I have gained so much confidence and trust in myself over the course of 6 months! I came to try to Groupon for 10 classes, after the first class I loved it, so I got like 35 classes. They have flexible payments so I join in. All the instructor are very friendly and help you every step on the way if you need it. I have back problems so they show alternative avoid get hurt, but that doesn't mean that will be easy. you will be sweating after 5 minutes. Is a total body workout and I like it to get back on shape soon. I just got my 5th classes and every class I feel better than before and always want more and more. I love going to Xtreme Ninja! I started taking the ilovekickboxing classes about 3 weeks ago and I am hooked!! Being very out of shape, walking into something like this was a little intimidating but Ninja and all of the instructors and very encouraging and supportive and made me feel comfortable instantly. After 3 weeks, while it still hasn't gotten easier, I know that the instructors have me on the right path towards being heathy and fit and that is all that matters! It's great for both children and adults. There's different types of payments so you can choose whatever payment is more comfortable if you're own choice. They are very encouraging of you and that's what makes you want to keep doing martial arts. Everyone there is super nice and welcoming. They have flexible schedules for your preference. This place is amazing! The people are extremely friendly and helpful. I have been boxing at Xtreme Ninja for about 4 months now and i love it! I usually do kickboxing 2-3 times a week and we always learn something new to challenge our bodies and keep us excited for what is to come! My first day boxing i felt like a part of the xtreme ninja family, they welcomed me and accepted me as if i had been there for years even though i was brand new to kick boxing. I am coming up on my 4 year membership at Xtreme Ninja. I started by a 10 class online deal, and was hooked. I've seen a lot of changes in the dojo, and in the instructors, but through all of the changes in all of the years, as well as my transition from ilkb to Muay Thai, the family atmosphere hasn't changed. The ownership are always there, their kids are always actively there, and the families that visit split up, take separate classes, and meet back up after a great lesson or fitness workout.
