And then proceeded to tell me first that I ran my battery down to 3% and then changed it to 20%. Meaning I could not use battery anymore. He put an extended life battery in car and then proceeded to have problems shutting car down with power button. Brought home did not even run but was told to charge battery. Did so and went out to run it and found the steering was totally messed up. And still could not power down car without unhooking battery. Owner still told me it was my fault and then proceeded to take car apart. When I ask for my money back or exchange for new car he informed he would not do so. Then proceeded to tell me I had to return to company because that was said on box. When not found on box he told me it was in the instruction manual. Not in there either. Still would not return money and became very mean. Would not recommend this shop to anyone!!!

Besides the mystery boxes they also have a large selection of single cards, packs, art, and gear. My kids aren't old enough to be into the fancy rare cards yet, but they seem to have a great selection of those too. A customer service representative--who claimed to be a manager--was loudly yelling at a customer at the checkout counter. The customer remained calm and polite, yet the manager continued berating her, calling her "horrible" and "disrespectful" in front of everyone. Regardless of the situation, no customer deserves to be screamed at in public. This created an uncomfortable scene for everyone in the store and reflected extremely poorly on the professionalism of the staff. I believe the name on the manager's tag was Sara. I fully understand that not all customer interactions are easy, but customer service requires patience and professionalism--especially from management. This experience left such a negative impression that we chose to leave and will likely be shopping at Joann's from now on, which offers many of the same products. I believe in the philosophy that "the customer is always right"--even if they're not. If someone isn't able to handle customer service responsibilities without resorting to yelling, they shouldn't be in that role. I cannot recommend this Michaels location based on today's experience.
