For the last several years I have had to have the battery on it replaced about every 1-2 years. It's more an annoyance than a problem, but I guess I need to get it serviced so the battery lasts for several years like it did when I first purchased it. We moved to Bend in late Nov 2025- DH took it to another jeweler on 3rd St to replace the battery. he said he had to wait some time and the cost was $20. I went to put on my watch about 4 days ago and found it was dead. So I called this shop and spoke to a really nice lady and she said come on in and that she typically would replace the battery while I waited. So I went by- it's in a mini mall with easy access, and three ladies were before me. The lady took my watch and told me she would work on it. I strolled the mall and came back to the counter where much to my surprise- maybe 5 minutes later- she had finished the work. The cost was $15, and she said there was nothing of a charge left on the other battery. In any case, I believe she said her name was Laurie, and I have to say it was a pleasure meeting her and having such personal and professional service. If you need a watch battery replaced, don't mess around with the other stores- just go here!

And parking downtown is amazingly fun, however they always make it worth my while one way or another. Some sweet cheap (not really cheap in the long run) entertainment and many laughs. Invigorating. : ) Like I said. When you start business with John Paul one will definitely be going back for more. There are many other nice jewelry shops in Bend, however for this born and raised incorrigible lady there can only be one top jeweler. The Bravo channel should do a reality show. I know they've made my little world a bit better while adding beauty. Touché to the best team downtown and thank you for all the effort and laughs. We came in trying to check out there even though to be honest they were quite boutique prices and nothing really stood out of that amazing to where we wanted to jump in, but they do have very fashionable smells which I guess I'm showing my age here because I tend to like some of the older stuff and not on this hip new scent.
