While the daughter, who looks over the store, is overall nice, the product they sell is TERRIBLE. There are no instructions on how to wash the outfits, so I looked it up online and people generally hand wash them with cold water to be safe, which is what we did. That was a big NOPE. Immediately, the blue dye on the outfit melted away and blended in with the gold colors, ruining it and the overall vibrance. My wife's hands were stained blue for the entire day. My granite countertops are still stained blue! We were devastated. We came back to the store and asked for a refund/exchange. They were of no help, saying, "We just sell the product. What you do it with it after is your responsibility. You should've made sure to wash it under the clothing's instructions." There were NO instructions! The store owner's daughter and I looked and could not find any; and still, she did not take back her words. This is not how you do customer service. How do you expect a customer to come back if they are left unsatisfied? Why sell products that are of one-time use and of terrible quality? Why not take some accountability? Yes, you sell the product, but you have the power to not sell terrible products and ruin the reputation of your store. Anyways, I hate being a Karen, but I hope they learn from this experience. Yes, you can go ahead and shop here, but you (and your hands) have been warned by their quality.

They have some clean cut clothing as well as some extremely trendy designs. Inside they have a great set-up. A lot of open space and a very aesthetic display of clothing. She provided great customer service and her staff provided great service as well. We had seen the dress we wanted in LA, but to drive 3 damas out that far was just NOT practical. Luckily, I went to the Manufacturers website and painfully looked for a store in OC...so glad that I found her store listed. I called her and provided the style # we liked and she stated that she does have it in-stock. However, this particular brand does NOT carry a size 0, smallest size is a 2 (not her fault but annoying). She did inform me in advance that size 2 might not be available but that she would have to get back to me....and of course, size 2 was unavailable so we had to order size 4 for all girls (not her fault but again STILL annoying). I do recommend shopping here, the dresses here are priced the same as the stores in LA. Best thing is, you save money on gas LOL. It been a month now we go for pick up and on our way home we look and notice the dress is not the same. We go back and turns out the dress is now discontinued so we ask for a refund as this was there mistake not ours. The worker says she can't which I understand but she could have been calling the owner as well. Also a call to notify us of the dress being discontinued would have been great. But no. The dresses they carry are cute but the service should be better. I am now wanting my deposit of 125 back but the workers are not refunding us for a mistake they made not us.
