The owner herself helped us and was incredibly nice, patient, and genuinely caring, which made the experience even more special. Terrible customer service. If you're unsure about a dress don't even bother leaving a deposit…read morebecause they will keep your deposit if something goes wrong on their end. My mom went and tried on a dress on Monday and the manager, Irma, told her that she needed to leave a deposit and that it had to be half of the amount of the dress. My mom left the deposit and since they didn't have her size Irma told her that she would order her two sizes that she could try on when she came Thursday to pick up. An XXL and an XL. We got there Thursday and another worker was there and brought out only the XXL but the dress was stained with grease. Then when we asked her about the XL she said it didn't arrive. We never received a phone call from anyone telling us that only one of the dresses had arrived and why would we take a dress with a black grease stain on it? I asked the girl if my mom could just have her deposit back because we didn't have time anymore to be driving back and forth, the dress didn't even fit her and it was dirty. The girl just blankly stared at us and said she had to call her manager Irma. She called her manager in front of us and the manager told her that if we wanted the deposit we had to drive to their location in Buena Park and get it from her. The girl said she could not give a deposit back herself without a manager present. I find that odd, most stores can give deposits back why does a manager need to be present? I asked the girl when her manager was available at each location, and she wrote it down for me and everything so we could stop by another day. We had already wasted time and gas getting to that location. Irma agreed over the phone to give us the deposit and we heard it too because they talked in front of us. Forward the next day and Irma calls my mom telling her that she can't give her the deposit anymore and she can come instead Tuesday to try on the dresses because she would be ordering them. We told her she had literally confirmed yesterday that we would get a deposit back, then she played clueless and said who said that? I took the phone and said you said that, we heard the call when your worker called you. She got upset and said she would need to see who we were talking about and said she would call back. I'm pretty sure she will not be calling back. Please avoid this shop at all costs.

HONEST REVIEW: I was looking for traditional Chinese outfits…read moreand Ao Dais for my son's 100 day celebration. While the daughter, who looks over the store, is overall nice, the product they sell is TERRIBLE. There are no instructions on how to wash the outfits, so I looked it up online and people generally hand wash them with cold water to be safe, which is what we did. That was a big NOPE. Immediately, the blue dye on the outfit melted away and blended in with the gold colors, ruining it and the overall vibrance. My wife's hands were stained blue for the entire day. My granite countertops are still stained blue! We were devastated. We came back to the store and asked for a refund/exchange. They were of no help, saying, "We just sell the product. What you do it with it after is your responsibility. You should've made sure to wash it under the clothing's instructions." There were NO instructions! The store owner's daughter and I looked and could not find any; and still, she did not take back her words. This is not how you do customer service. How do you expect a customer to come back if they are left unsatisfied? Why sell products that are of one-time use and of terrible quality? Why not take some accountability? Yes, you sell the product, but you have the power to not sell terrible products and ruin the reputation of your store. Anyways, I hate being a Karen, but I hope they learn from this experience. Yes, you can go ahead and shop here, but you (and your hands) have been warned by their quality.

She provided great customer service and her staff provided great service as well. We had seen the dress we wanted in LA, but to drive 3 damas out that far was just NOT practical. Luckily, I went to the Manufacturers website and painfully looked for a store in OC...so glad that I found her store listed. I called her and provided the style # we liked and she stated that she does have it in-stock. However, this particular brand does NOT carry a size 0, smallest size is a 2 (not her fault but annoying). She did inform me in advance that size 2 might not be available but that she would have to get back to me....and of course, size 2 was unavailable so we had to order size 4 for all girls (not her fault but again STILL annoying). I do recommend shopping here, the dresses here are priced the same as the stores in LA. Best thing is, you save money on gas LOL. Only complaint is they charge $1 if you use a debit/credit to pay, so please pay with cash. Thank you again Carina!

It been a month now we go for pick up and on our way home we look and notice the dress is not the same. We go back and turns out the dress is now discontinued so we ask for a refund as this was there mistake not ours. The worker says she can't which I understand but she could have been calling the owner as well. Also a call to notify us of the dress being discontinued would have been great. But no. The dresses they carry are cute but the service should be better. I am now wanting my deposit of 125 back but the workers are not refunding us for a mistake they made not us.
