We first discovered this spot about 3 years ago, and since then it's now a tradition to stop in so she can browse the inventory. They specialize in offering clothing for women that have "more to love" (my words not theirs aka plus size) I only know of the 2 same ladies that we see every time we visit and they're the best! At times my wife can be very shy and uncomfortable when shopping for herself and it was so heartwarming to see how patient and helpful they were with her. It also made her feel so special. Since that 1st visit we've returned several times and she loves their selection of various dresses and blouses in all kinds of colors and styles. We make it a point to visit often because they're always adding to their inventory. (Inside tip - for partners that prefer to wait patiently while their wives do their thing they have very comfortable seating at the back of the store ) Thank you so much, not just for the latest fashion and style choices but for continuing to make my wife feel confident and sexy in her own skin. Sign posted on the door said they close at 8, so I though, cool, we have 20 mins til they close. They had already locked the doors, but there was still people shopping. So I knocked because an employee was hanging clothes up by the door. She turned to look at me and I pointed to their store hours sign and had my phone up showing the time. Felt like a Karen, but they still weren't closed, and when she opened the door I explained that, and the employee blurted out "I dont make the rules." Every single person was just staring at us as we walked in. Lol. Maybe dont own a business if you cant honor the hours you have posted on your door. Could have been better…read more Staff was not very friendly, they just walked right pass you without looking at you or maybe a "Hello, welcome to Fashion Q" or "Can I help you with anything?" My wife says that it has always been like that. She used to come shop here years ago when she lived closer to the plaza. The place is clean and organized, they do have lots of clothes, shoes, and some accessories. Also, they do have fitting rooms. Prices are ok. The staff is actually constantly cleaning and spraying and disinfecting everything, as I was waiting for my wife and daughter sitting by the fitting room, one of the staff just shower the shoe stand in front of me with a lot of disinfectant, she did that about three times in 10 minutes. I started to get a huge headache so I had to step out and get some fresh air. Daughter and wife did find some nice dresses there!

The owner greeted me with a smile & did her thing while I did mine. The employee was helpful with the dressing room & also held onto the clothes I wanted to purchase while I continued to shop. I walked out w/ 2 jean skirts, a black leather skirt, a pink top, a silicone lift pasty & a chain belt. I spent $120 total but honestly I'm not mad about it. The skirts are SO comfy & stretchy. Unfortunately, I went to the competitors first not knowing anything about this shopping category. Me, a girl that wears leggings and T-shirts everywhere I go. So I'm here to tell you that Lane Bryant is for the older respectable woman torrid is for the stylish younger hip vibes. I found much more stuff that I liked in the store and I had a really great time with the sales girl. I give this a five star experience and I will continue to shop here throughout the year.
