I've had a lot of muscle pain as of late, so I needed a good work over. Well, I got worked over. The only con I have is that the hot stone part was done with as much vigor as the rest of the massage. I was hoping it would have been a little longer and a bit more gentle. I felt as though I didn't get the full effect of the hot stones because that part was done so quickly. I'll definitely come back when I need a vigorous massage but I wouldn't make this a weekly or monthly event. Given how deep tissue these massages are, one every few months will do.

While it's always nice to chat with Melanie while she works, the best conversation is the one she has with my sore muscles when she has the time to very finely tune in to the tissue she is working with.
