Now I love a beet salad, but so many are so underwhelming or downright bad, this was NOT the case. It may have been the best beet salad I've had in years. Steak was cooked well but really the beets and the salad were just so well done. The greens and toppings were just all great, I can't speak highly enough of this salad.
