The garment was marked "dry clean only" and is covered in paillettes and they charged me $20 to dry clean it and when I got it home and opened the plastic bag, probably half of the paillettes were ripped of and big chunks of the underlying fabric were exposed. Failed to follow my instructions explicit instructions not to hang my heavy cashmere sweater. This even after agreeing that they could follow my instructions. I even said that the heavy sweater should not be folded over hanger either, but folded and put into box or wrapped up like dress shirts often are done. I warned the clerk this was a special and expensive sweater. Upon looking at the sweater, which is a very heavy knit cashmere cardigan, it was not clean at all. Asked for a refund on the lack of cleaning. At least the other items looked alright. Very efficient and adhere to their timelines. They are personable and professional. You can expect some singed buttons, and they don't catch or fix garments with tears. Absolutely the worst drycleaners you could ever take your clothes to the Vietnamese girl is beyond rude and hateful and if she doesn't like you, she loses your dry cleaning. They will not follow directions on the labels of your clothes. This place is absolutely horrendous. Do not take your clothes there and they overcharge. This used to be my go to dry cleaners for a few years and they did a fair job. In the later months of my business with this outfit I started to notice I would get charged correctly by the younger staff but occasionally when the lady manager/owner waited on me I would get charged several dollars more for a few laundered shirts. I asked her on my last visit why are you always charging me more than the posted prices? She said you have extra large shirts, you pay more. I'm fairly slim, of medium build so that didn't exactly add up right for this numbers man and not to mention pricing was correct only when she wasn't around extracting her bonus. I didn't feel like arguing with her because I sized it up as being a losing battle. Instead I saved the money and more importantly time by doing the task myself at home. I no longer have to deal with being up charged or buttons crushed by the sumo wrestler running their shirt press. The down side is I sometimes wash the same load of laundry for 3 days because I keep forgetting to put it in the dryer. The pro is that they were convenient with fast turnaround and decent prices depending on who waits on you. I'll toss them two stars for the competitive pricing (with caveats) and occasional friendly service. read more

I use this dry cleaner more because of convenience than service, and now that found a new dry cleaner, I don't use them at all. I don't ask for much, just a smile and the appearance that you don't hate the world around you, maybe even un-damaged clothing? Keep looking if you have similar interests. Let me start with the pros - they have same day service and they are decently priced. For that, I give 2 stars (this was tough). I don't giving a negative review, so I was really grasping at straws here. I normally dealt with the Asian lady (we weren't on a first name basis). You never knew if she was going to greet you (albeit under her breath) or yank the dry cleaning bag out of your hand and send you on your way. Very reminiscent of The Soup Nazi episode on Seinfeld. Don't take it personally, be prepared for either personality and don't take it personally. If you get the latter, don't worry, she could change by the time you're get back. Now the actual service, not good. I always had broken buttons, my laundered shirts always (magically) shrunk. My husband complained one day and they simply pointed to the sign - not responsible for damaged buttons. Don't expect any sympathy here. You may ask why I continued to come here? They are hard on clothes. They only button the top button on men's dress shirts, so it allows the shirt to fold and leave creases. Attention to detail and exercising care is not their specialty. The latest batch that I just got back has black dot stains on two different shirts - they look like ink stains. Also, they say they treat collars, but they don't. My collars come back untreated and yellowing on shirts that are less than three months old. I'm done. The only pro that I can think of out of all these cons is it is convenient and a quick turnaround. read more

They made huge PIN HOLES in my clothes!! They are rude. We have to pay first when we give them our clothes, and I saw how they treat people clothes...they throw roughly into the bins and don't even tell us what time we can pick up. AND no "thank you". I have used this dry cleaner for well over 10 years. They are the best and I now drive in from Granbury to have them do my dry cleaning. Always very pleasant, know me when I park my car and will have my pick up order already hanging to go. They have done special requests...buttons sewn back on. Pants hemmed. I have been going to this cleaners for years and never had an issue. I get the same 4 items dry clean for my kids karate uniform. I spent the same amount 12.61 every time until today. Today an older lady I never seen in here before tried to charge me 21.00 I informed her I have never paid that all the years I been going there and she looked it up in the history and said they have been charging me wrong. 3 shirts completely ruined in the last 3 trips (all tears/rips). Thought after the first one I might have done it so I started checking my shirts before dropping them off. It was definitely something they were doing. I also had to consistently re-iron when getting home. We had to replace a button on a pair of pants or a shirt just about every trip (to be fair they do this), which is extremely annoying making the extra trips. I have been going to Y PAY MORE CLEANERS several years and had no problem until recently. They destroyed a pair of new uniform pants. These pants were torn at the bottom as if caught in a pully and then pressed. They had only been dry cleaned at Y PAY MORE or worn by me when flying a Commercial Aircraft. I was told they could not have done the damage. It had to happen in my possession , which means I would have been wearing them! I was not looking for money but only an explanation so it could be avoided. They said they could not have done the damage. They could ONLY be the cause so I will not be using or recommending. This cleaners would get a better rating if they had better customer service. I've taken my clothes twice - both times they did a good job at a reasonable price. The first time I dropped off and picked up in the afternoon and was greeted kindly by a young man at the counter. Second time I dropped off/picked up in the morning and was greeted so rudely by a woman at the drive through. I have to do a drive through because I have a toddler and it's so challenging to control him and carry clothes - and I liked that this cleaners offered the drive through option. I paid for dry-cleaning, but I'm pretty sure they washed and dried my comforter as it came back all puckered. The bed skirt came out pretty snagged in spots. I only took a couple things there since they're so close, but I won't be back. The staff seem less than interested every time I go in anyway. HIGHLY UNTRUSTWORTHY-WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My dad dropped his clothes off At 9, a few hours pass and he forgot that a large amount of money was left in his pockets (1000). He called them and explained his mistake. Came back after his lunch break, and they said they didn't start on his clothes yet, but all of his pockets on the clothes he dropped off were turned inside out. One or more people stole the money and acted like they didn't have it, with poor explanations on what may have happened with it.
