Yes, parking can be difficult as they have been remodeling but they also offer valet services. My Health online is available as patient portal which makes it convenient to either message the staff and provider, cancel appointments, request medications and view test results. He then said very forcibly, " I am the Doctor, You are the Patient." He then said, "You are really testing our doctor patient relationship." I am very concerned about one sentence in my cardiology report that I know is very wrong and should not be in this report. You do not have to be a Doctor to know that what Dr. Anderson has reported is so very wrong. Do not I have the right to question my own cardiology report? Dr. Anderson seems to think not. I believe that Dr. Anderson is too prideful to admit a mistake. I believe Dr. Anderson is clearly covering up the fact that many blood pressure medications was the cause of my very low blood pressure. As a result of this low blood pressure I then passed out twice and landed myself back into the hospital for a 2nd hospitalization. I believe if this cardiology report is allowed to stand as is , this will only aid in the support of very bad treatment protocol that is plaguing most of America's hospitals .I believe Dr. Anderson is turning a blind eye to this very bad treatment protocol. I believe that Dr. Anderson does not care much for his patients.

I just learned today, after following up, again, on an oncology referral, that I have been…read moredismissed from Sutter Health for all oncology/hematology. I never received the original dismissal from my first oncologist. Apparently, after I saw my PCP for another referral, because my existing oncologist was bought out by John Muir (which they failed to advise), I was blackballed by Sutter. Sutter is refusing to treat a stage 3 colon cancer patient because I couldn't understand my Russian-born oncologist. They are collecting premiums and denying care. I went through the steps of seeing a PCP for a referral for an established disease that Sutter knew of for the previous 10-months. I chose not to let the PCP listen to my heart or lungs as I didn't deem it necessary for the referral. Wait...I'm the patient? Yes, I am and that's well within my rights not to submit to exams that I don't feel comfortable with. I was told I was rude for not wanting to answers already in my chart and that was asked by the nurse. How is that rude? That's failure to communicate on their part. I shouldn't have had to even see a PCP for an established disease that Sutter had already been treating. They are abusing the system and now that abuse has fallen onto me by denying any care at all. I am allowed to choose my doctor. It is not out of the norm for a female patient to want a female doctor. Based on the medical terminology, it is not out of the norm to insist on a doctor whom I can understand, without the aid of her staff. You can't reach anyone at Patient Advocacy because they are always in a meeting. I have not received any written notification of either dismissal; which is required! I am only allowed to see a non-contracted doctor and they can't find one; so that equals no care. Carla, in appeals and grievances said the letter, that I was told about today, shouldn't have been generated. Yet, I cannot receive any care for my cancer because Sutter is denying all care to oncology. So, now, I wait. If the anemia gets bad enough, I'll go to the ER. If anyone knows of a non-Sutter, non-North Bay oncologist, who might accept payment from Sutter, please let me know. My life hangs in the balance while these paper pushers pretend they are trying to help me. If anyone knows any good lawyers, please pass along this review. Sutter shouldn't be allowed to get away with what they are. They are literally trying to kill people by refusing to let them see any doctors they don't want them to see. That's wrong and should be illegal!

This Dr has been NEGLIGENT at best. He's unethical in the sense that he's not run a single test on my father since his first heart attack and has since told him he has gurd and sent him to a PCP for Omneprozol. Well fast forward 1 month & my father experiences a 2nd heart attack, thankfully in SJ & went to Good Samaritan Hospital. He was treated by an amazing, God send of a cardiologist named Dr Hoang. He did an echocardiogram, angiogram and angioplasty. Diagnosed him with COPD & almost laughed out loud when we told him he was told his chest pain was gurd, according to his cardiologist. He assured us it is definitely a heart issue and NOT gurd. He has given my father a new lease on life by doing basic tests that Dr F has refused to in the past 20 years. Dr F is a quack who should retire before he kills someone. He nearly killed my father. If he thinks he is a lost cause then all he had to do was tell him he doesn't want to treat him. Instead he blew him off when my father could've had a better quality of life all this time.
