My husband got Cookie Monster- blue with Oreos and chocolate chip cookies! And my mother in law got strawberry. The ice cream is made there and we thought it was really yummy! There is also outdoor seating. It would be nice to have a trash can outside, but in this season it would probably attract bees so it was no big deal to run the trash inside. This little stand is located behind Lehr's meats, and the easiest way to get to it is right off of US-50/Lila Avenue between an old gas station and a National City Bank. It's small with one picnic table, but you can wander up and down the sidewalks while you eat. Or hop in the car and go! The campfire sundae is twist ice cream topped with teddy grahams, chocolate dip, whipped cream, and a cherry. It was refreshing and had good crunch from the toppings. Between the two ice cream flavors though, the vanilla had a lot more going for it. For a fun, small place to get ice cream during the warm months, I would recommend coming here.
