I'm now in my 3rd month of enjoying the bowls, salads, raw energy balls and the recent addition of kitchari. Used to love this place! Was ordering a smoothie and wanted to sub water instead of almond milk due to an allergy. They said it would be an additional $2 fee even though water is cheaper than almond milk. She said it might have to do with the fact they make a lot of the smoothies in advance. I love their açai bowls! Whenever I eat junk food, I come to this place the day after to get a bowl and my body feels like it's been cleansed. I highly recommend getting their green farm açai bowl with strawberry, blueberries, banana and cacao nibs. Almond butter adds a bit of that buttery goodness too. Overall, I like the place. When the older woman told me my subscription wouldn't transfer I looked at her and said "oh no," clearly stressed about have to pay the $30+. Instead of saying, "it's no problem, we can take them back," or even just an, "I'm so sorry," she just stared at me with a "what would you like me to do about it, attitude." No customer service, whatsoever. I understand it was misunderstanding on my part, however, you should never make customers feel like they have to buy from you. There are smoothies, smoothie bowls, hot drinks, and a ton of cold pressed juices. I went with a Matcha latte which you could tell was made with very high grade matcha. It had great flavor and was the perfect digestif after breakfast! My favorite thing was the Raspberry lemonade (incl apple) from the cold pressed juices. I am a lemonade snob, and this was the best I have ever had. I could drink only this... forever. I am now ruined for any other lemonade. The place is bright and the staff is friendly. My go-to juicery. I've had the matcha latte, different bowls, the kale chips (I want the recipe), the green smoothies. Everything is fresh, whole ingredients and they're super fast even when busy. If food is going to be pricier, make it worthwhile and it is. I'm willing to pay more for fresh ingredients on an expensive space in Blue Ash if it is convenient (and if people are paid a fair wage). It's brutal in the service industry these days and kudos to anyone who is still warm, friendly and remembers their regulars. I admire managers who protect their servers from abusive customers and I can tell the owner is both friendly and assertive. Love that. With all that said, the food has never disappointed me. It was about 30 minutes to pick up, fine. Went there at designated time, called for curbside, I was advised they did not have either of the two juices, no green juices available. At the register, we were informed about their subscription program which seemed like a good deal if you are constantly buying fresh pressed items. When I tried the strawberry milk, It came off a bit tart and thick, probably from the yogurt. The power milk was better and seems like a good drink for pre/post workout; since it has protein powder in it. The dancing Buddha was delicious and probably my favorite out of the three. This place is a great addition to the Blue Ash/Kenwood area. I went in for the first time this weekend and I was immediately impressed by the space, and then even more so by the food and drink offerings. I grabbed two bottles of their almond milk offerings-- chocolate milk and golden milk. I was looking for something indulgent without added sugar, so these date-sweetened options were perfect. The chocolate milk has a nice cocoa taste with a good hint of cinnamon, but it was the golden milk that I was really impressed with. It has a delicious blend of turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, and vanilla, all of which meld into a great flavor without being at all overpowering. I am always in search of a good açaí bowl, which brought me to Green Farm. I am not a juice fan and am definitely not into eating super healthy all the time :) but I love a good açaí bowl. I tried the green farm smoothie bowl and was definitely impressed. I was hesitant to get the spinach in it, which it calls for, but I honestly didn't taste spinach at all. The house-made granola was delicious on top, along with some fresh fruit. My family also tried some smoothie bowls which they enjoyed as well. I wish there was more seating in the restaurant. There was only high top seating which isn't ideal for me since I am typically in a wheelchair. And with 5 of us in our group there was not enough seating anyway. I'm still in ruins. I have had to put my day on hold and go get an enema. I wasn't even supposed to get one until Thursday but here we are. This may seem fake. But it's not. I'm a real customer with real feelings. I'm disappointed to say the least. I will be calling the better business bureau because I feel like I've been poisoned. It was clean it there but it smell like rotten bananas and I thought this was all supposed to be fresh and when I see a brown banana going into MY smoothie I feel like I shouldn't be paying $11 for a stomach ache. The space is smallish but the staff is attentive, friendly and is quick with processing your orders which makes me still go in even when it's crowded (being crowded is good right?!) I've had the cookies and cream smoothies multiple times (after a work out) and can't seem to try other menu items because I love it so much! The dates are a weird/awesome flavor addition in the smoothie. I've also tried the green goddess juice which had the perfect amount of apple to balance the greens! They were all excellent and made with fresh ingredients. There was no sugar in anything! The owners were super friendly and helped me make my choices. They have a loyalty system. I've been wanting to try this place for some time now since I first saw their signage! And today was the day!! So happy I did. The owner (at least I think that's who I talked to) was so knowledgeable. She told me about where the almonds come from and how fresh things are there. She helped recommend the morning jolt smoothie (amazing!) and encouraged me to try the matcha latte (first timer!). They did not disappoint. I will be back for sure to try one of their juices.
