Making an appointment is not fun - you get sent a text message and "request" an appointment. After several days, you still need to call the office, if you can get anyone to answer the phone to make the appointment. Send an email - no response. Communication is not very good. The care providers however are great, listen to concerns and spend more than a few minutes with you.

At first the wait was about 40 minutes, but I left her because it was taking 4 hours wait with appointment. about 3 years later I got upset, because I found out, she gave me a diagnosis as with depression, which I had never had in my life. I think she should have study psychology instead. In every appointment, she always took a long time to ask me not only about my physical condition, but also about my personal life. I was having some problems with my sons at that time, and when I was telling her, my eyes watered. To me depression, you don't want to go out and do anything, you are sad all day and all the time. I'm always on the go and a very happy person day and night. Only if they do something to me that hurts me, my eyes will water for a little if I talk about it, then I am fine. That is also the reason why the waiting time was so long.

The three times I was here, I never spent less than 2.5hrs and most of that time was spent waiting to be seen. I can understand Dr. wanting to do thorough evaluations and take her time with her patients but find a better system like scheduling less patients to see per day.
