The only reasons I gave four stars is the wait time is forever sometimes. One time they put me in a room and I swear they forgot me. I had to come out to the lobby twice to remind them I was there. Also, for a person with migraines, the fluorescent office lighting is too painful. I always ask them to turn off the lights when I get into the room.

In my third visit with her, today, I had to literally walk out and won't be back! I asked other staff if she was just having a bad day. So consistently condescending but today she was actually rude. I asked about side effects of a particular drug she stated no one had ever complained to her before and dismissed my question. Then when I asked her to clarify something she got irritated with me and started with more condescension. If you don't agree with her she will belittle you into thinking you're the one that's wrong rather than explaining like most doctors! No thanks! Update: 04/15/26 - I spoke with Dr Gilli on the phone and it's seems they are somewhat flippant and unapologetic in their attitude towards the situation. I don't feel comfortable with this response that she "always" treats patients with respect after I conveyed the opposite in a professional manner over the phone. This was damage control gone wrong imo. Black box warnings are serious and it's too bad this Dr. doesn't care to make any changes as she is a 25 year employees with the company. He's got her back regardless. I appreciate the call back but it's clear his attitude is just like hers. They don't care.

Considering it is the cold months, it wasn't busy coming in on a weekday mid afternoon (they close at 8pm daily). Office was very clean. Wait time wasn't too bad (15mins that's including the time I had fill out paperwork). Staff were very welcoming, nice and patient. They ask that you kindly wear a mask if you don't show up with one (no biggie!). I knew I would have some sort of respiratory issue but wasn't expecting bronchitis. I saw the NP and she was so nice and thorough. Administered an injection, breathing treatment while I was there, and ordered the recommended medications for further treatment. Overall my experience there went really great and so happy I got to come. I felt seen and heard - oppose to other urgent care places where you're rushed out the door. I just started coming to this facility, and I really like it!…read more I've only had the pleasure of meeting my PCP doctor once, but can tell she's a very good doctor, takes the time to listen and ask questions & was just an easy person to talk to and open up with. I had a broken foot so she ended up putting in an (expedited) referral to see the foot specialist, which just so happened to be located on the second floor! The very next day the referral was approved and the podiatrist office (foot doctor) was calling me to set up an appointment for THAT following day... Super fast! I've seen the podiatrist a handful of times since then, and he's a really cool guy as well! Communicates well and definitely has your best interest at heart! Pretty funny guy too! I've also gotten my blood taken here per my doctor's request, and have had several foot x-rays done here as well, I love that everything is located in ONE building!! The building isn't even super huge either! so it's easy to navigate around. They even have an ER! Plus I've noticed that they're hardly ever busy! It's pretty much empty every time I've come! wait times are no longer than 10 minutes at the most. My last appointment I was 30 minutes early and they were able to get me in right away! Just seems to good to be true lol. Friendly staff, clean facility, so grateful to have Dr Raju (her nickname) as my PCP and BFMC as my doctors office. -The end.

She explains everything so that you understand what is going to happen. She shows how caring and understanding to her patients. All I can say about everyone that works in the office is so amazing. I have NEVER not had to wait and wait and wait. Then I finally get into a room only to wait again . I'm not sure what the problem is, but it needs to be fixed. They close in under a hour and there are still many people waiting. I truly dread having to come here because I know it's going to be a long wait. By the way, I've been waiting 45 min past my appointment ,,still sitting out in the waiting room. I should mention that it's only in the front office not the back one.

I would not see the main dr. In this office, dr Freesemann. He is rude, minimized what my on the…read morejob injuries were, he basically told me it was all Psychological (migraines, dizziness, losing a tooth, several other issues). He told me to go to my primary dr and released me full duty when I had a fall, confusion, dizziness, and a horrible migraine. This was 2 weeks ago and I have not seen this dr in months (not complaining). On top of what I experienced, he belittled me and I remember one of the first time I met with him, he had the nerve to tell me "well, I had a knife pulled on me before." Totally minimized and insensitive to my experience which included not only a knife, but also being knocked unconscious, falling down stairs, continued punched, stomping/kicking on my head; I wonder if his knife incident included the rest of what I went through. Very bad bedside manners and actually made me feel more shame for experiencing what I do. I became ASSERTIVE, this is my health, my experience. He accused me of "gaslighting" him and was going to walk out the room only to come back in to tell me he's a "professional" too! What was that about? But ok. I would encourage anyone to be assertive for themselves. I have NEVER been treated so unprofessionally, no empathy at all. Going forward, I requested to be seen by one of his other drs because they have all been great, sensitive, never made me feel like I was exaggerating what I'm going through. This dr should have never had his license re-established...public information. When I have my migraines and dizziness, I do not drive, I won't put the public in danger if I'm not feeling well...so I had to call in today. Doubtful he even considered it, but he really would not let me talk but I was assertive and asked that he let me finish before interrupting me. The rest of his staff from front desk, assistants, and other providers I've encountered have been amazing! He would not consider my concerns about driving, the horrible "spells" that occur...I did have a head injury.
