All subsequent ones…read moreeither did not clean well (floors were gritty, dusted poorly), some didn't even know how to clean stainless appliances (Suave had to show them how), and damaged things nearly every visit. When the damages were repeatedly reported to Suave, he claimed no responsibility. I fired them after they chipped my marble kitchen countertops too many times, and cracked my marble tiled bathroom floor.

I have to say that I do not think that Neil could have done a better job on cleaning my carpets. Neil mediately took my phone call and came over the next day when promised for an estimate which I felt was quite reasonable. I had received a few recommendations for Neil as well as other companies but Neil was the most professional by far. My carpets are over 15 years old but he did such an awesome job. He was very meticulous with pretreating stains and explaining the process in great detail to me. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and the service he performed.
