This review is long overdue. Every time I interact with Yan and her team I think to myself, "I need to write them a good review as soon as I get home" and I always end up forgetting. I've been with State Farm since forever but I've been with Yan's squad for two years now since we moved to Austin. They really have been the best state farm agency I've worked with and I don't say that lightly. They are professional, quick, responsive, go above and beyond. Every time they hear from me, I'm always in some kind of rushed situation needing to get stuff done RIGHT AWAY. The first time I needed their help was a week after I moved to Austin. I got side swiped by a pick up truck. Merged into my lane without a care in the world and walked out of the car asking why I hit HIM. I should've called the cops but the man swapped insurance cards/ID with me and left the scene in a hurry. It all happened so fast. I called Yan up right away and she walked me through every thing I needed to do. She followed up with me until the case was over and we were able to get the reckless driver's insurance to pay for the repairs. Today, I worked with Mindy. She gave me a quote in the morning for our new Tesla order. After getting ghosted by Tesla all day, I showed up in person to get financing info so that I can forward it to Mindy and get proof of insurance so my delivery date doesn't get further delayed. Called her up 4 minutes before closing and she took care of it immediately. I ended up giving her the wrong start date and although the offices were closed and phones went to after-hours voicemail, she was still responding to my emails and made sure I had all the right paperwork 25 minutes after hours. They go way above and beyond for us every time and always follow up to make sure everything has ironed itself out smoothly. We've also been to visit their offices to discuss changes in our life insurance policies and Yan took the time to walk us through everything. Offices are clean, staff are always friendly.
