Another bbt shop in Mississauga wow! Growing bbt community lmao Friend wanted bbt so we went and found out there was a promo so that's awesome Got the marble one (left of menu) but they ran out of tapioca :( didn't wanna wait for 30 mins so I got grass jelly with 50% sugar less ice. Sweetness is okay, it's more prominent with the grass jelly so I think tapioca would make it taste sweeter. The tea itself is okay. Might have to come back to try another drink when the store is more organized and can run more quickly.

I was at Square One today and I just discovered they have a Yang Tea Shop hidden away next to Simon's! I hardly noticed it as its way in the back of the Stuffies store front. Once there I took advantage of their current promotion, buy 2 regular drinks from their promotion for only $8.00 (Such a steal!). My friend and I got their Cheesy Maple Boba Latte and I got their Okinawa Milk Tea. I loved their Okinawa Milk Tea, it was spot on for taste and was just delicious. However my friends Cheesy Maple Boba Latte was odd, and she said by the time she got halfway through her drink it just tasted like salty sugar cheese and was a little gross. It just might be the type of drink though, and I know Yang Tea Shop has many other drinks that are delicious. All in all its a great addition Square One and I will visit again!

Another bbt place at Square One! Yang Tea Shop located right outside of Simon's where Squish and Love Me Sweet cheesecake use to be. This is my first time trying Yang so I did not know what to expect. I thought I would check it out since they had a Grand opening BOGO special. The BOGO deal was only for their top 5 drinks and the deal was only applicable on two of the same drinks. I ordered their marble boba tea latte since it included tapioca and thought it would be a good idea to give their boba a try. For this particular drink, there is no "no sugar and ice" option, the no "no sugar" option is understandable but not sure why there must be ice. On the other hand, I was very happy to see that there were alternative milk options including, almond and soy milk since I have a dairy sensitivity. I opted for the soy milk options for my two large sized drinks. They also have a small and medium size options which is uncommon but also nice to have. So at the front near the cash, you are able to see all their available toppings which is actually quite nice and imo makes it more tempting to get more toppings. I held back but their real taro paste looks so good! As for the taste, it was just ok, the tea itself was a little bland for my liking and the tapioca flavour was good but the texture was a bit hard. I expected to be chewy so that was a little disappointing. I don't mind trying other drinks next time. The tea shop is a nice addition to the mall. Loving the alternative milk options and sleek + modern interior design. Give it a try!

The service is amazing and you get a seating time of 90 minutes to enjoy your tea set. They have a three tier tea stand that comes packed with scones, clotted cream and jam, sandwiches and mini dessert bites. I absolutely LOVE their scones. And the clotted cream and jam supplied by Devon cream company is delicious. I am not a jam fan but the vanilla berry jam is So good! They have a little under 300 varieties of tea and you can actually choose your tea after smelling it from the glass container too. It was such an experience! I ended up purchasing a few small tea packets to bring home as well so ended up trying four varieties of tea.

Hot water was added to our teas, and otherwise we were left to talk amongst ourselves. They served clotted cream, and a choice of jam with their scones. Had a mixed berry jam which was a good amount of tart and sweetness. Scones were excellent, one of the best I've had so far; which admittedly is not a lot. The sandwiches were okay, filling good, but bread a bit stale. The sweets were a small selection of 4 desserts and berries on the side. There was a lot of food for the 'White House Tea' set, well worth the money and the experience. Nice to try, but a bit far to come back again. Will definitely recommend to someone in the area!

The texture of the croffles had a crispiness on the outside which made this dessert delightful to take a bite into. We chose the Honeycomb, Tiramisu and White Chocolate Matcha. We thoroughly enjoyed each flavour but a personal favourite of mine would be the tiramisu. My friend's personal favourite was the honeycomb. We're both not into white chocolate but to our surprise, we enjoyed the White Chocolate Matcha flavour as well. The matcha's earthiness really complemented the touch of sweetness of the white chocolate. The cream on top of the croffle was also rich and smooth. The ice cream was a good addition. As mentioned in my previous review, the server was friendly and had a warm smile. The place encouraged people to connect with each other and I thought it was a cozy place to do just that. Overall, I would come back again to try out their other desserts.

This was probably the most expensive milk tea I've ever paid for, and coming from someone who is veeery picky when it comes to milk tea/boba, you can definitely taste the difference in quality. Hero Tea is 100% worth your money. However, because of how pricy it is, this place will have to be an occasional treat for me. I got "The Wizard of Oz", a matcha base with coconut milk, and added their "Snow Topping" fresh whipped cream ($1.25 is expensive af for whipped cream and brought my total out to almost $9 so in my head I was like god damn this better be worth it LOL ) and konjac jelly (crystal boba). It was delicious, you can also taste the freshness in their whipped cream and it almost tasted similar to cheese foam if you've ever had it-- which complimented the tea so well! I loved the print on their cups and cup sleeves, the art is so pretty, and the interior is super nice as well- chic, lounge vibes, lots of couples and groups of friends seem to enjoy this spot. Would definitely be back when I'm in the area to try something else!

Most of the drinks here come with toppings, which I usually prefer not to have on my drinks. However, they are generally pretty flexible removing with removing them. If you do enjoy toppings in your fruit teas and drinks, then you'll enjoy the drinks here. I had initially come here to try their Lava Taro drinks, but because I come by this location in the afternoon, they're always out by then. The staff told us that their Lava Taro products usually run out for the day at around early afternoon (around 1-3 o'clock pm). Do keep that in mind if you plan to get it. I got their Creme Brulee milk tea, which was very good. Their milk teas are good quality. My boyfriend tried their Very Grape Lime, which I've had before and I also enjoyed. Aside from that, I've had their Tiramisu latte, their Hero milk tea, and their berry fusion, which have all been very good. As far as I know, the drinks come in a fixed size. I wish I could further customize the size as sometimes I want a larger Tiramisu latte, but they do let you customize the sugar and ice level. Otherwise, very solid location. The staff are friendly and quick, and there's always ample seating. The art inside the store is very cool and anime-esque.

I got 3 drinks: one Jasmine green tea, one classic milk Boba tea and one pineapple tea with Boba. I was not that big of a fan of the pineapple but loved the other ones. I don't like the Boba used as I find it a little too chewy and the taste isn't as good as other Boba pearls I've had. I find this one to have a bit of stronger taste. It's a small shop, but cute. There are board games available and it gives off a cozy/chill vibe. When waiting for your drink, there's a seating area near the door and even a game you can try. The timer/game gives you the chance to win a free drink on the house if you manage to get a perfect 10:00 score (I mean you manage to stop the timer on that time). Product was well packaged. Drink was not too sweet despite not having adjusted the sweetness level, which I liked. The only thing for me was the waiting time which took forever, as in more than 20 minutes to be served. It was busy and there was only 1 person working. 1 person for the entire place, to make drinks and take the orders. I can imagine how much slower it would be during peak hours. I went during non-peak hours and there was only 2 people in store sitting down, yet it took me over 20 minutes to get my drinks.
