This Kung Fu tea is a life saver, honestly.. I did not know that this location existed until I saw an insta of one of my friends go to it and I just had to go myself. They're too far for delivery for me, but I was more than glad to go in anyways. Honestly, best experience I could have had. They measure their tapioca so that it's fair.. it's fresh, warm and covered in brown sugar! They put fresh fruits into the drinks too, which is wonderful, especially eating them after you finish the bubble tea! No complaints at all on my end!

My rating is 4.5 stars. It would be a perfect rating if the parking situation were better! I was tipped off by two Yelpers, Lorenzo L. and Anne C., that a new Kung Fu Tea had opened in downtown Mississauga. I recently enjoyed my drink at its Scarborough location that I wanted to visit this new location. There is a soft opening happening for the month of February where all drinks are 25% off. The official store opening is in March. After having lunch with my intern last Friday, I drove us over to Kung Fu Tea. The downside is parking. There are a few spots in front of the store. When we passed by the first time, I didn't have a place to park. You technically aren't supposed to park on most of Enfield where there are businesses. There are a couple of parking lots close by. Is it really worth paying for parking when you are going in, ordering and fetching your drinks, and heading back to work? Nope. On top of that, when I considered parking at a lot, there was such a backlog of folks who did not know what they were doing that I said, "Screw it! Illegal parking, it is." I did manage to find a spot in front of the store, but it was in the no parking zone. I took a chance. My car's hazard blinkers were turned on and we went into the store. Yep, I'm so gangsta... haha! This store is pretty. I loved the flowers, lucky cat, tea sets, ... it was pleasing to look at everything. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We both looked at the menu. I went with the chocolate drink with ice cream. I was in ice cream mode, having had sesame ice cream fifteen minutes earlier. I asked whether the drink was sweet without honey. The man said not really, except for the sweetness in the ice cream. I went with a large, with less ice, and no honey. Kung Fu Tea is known for sweetening its drinks with honey instead of sugar. I have always loved that detail. Honey is good. My intern got two drinks. Both had pudding in them. I don't know exactly what tea base he got. He was kind to get one for his intern peer. I paid using a debit card. I also signed up for rewards. It appears that there is a rewards program for each Kung Fu Tea location. I drove us back to the office and we had our drinks. OMG! The chocolate ice cream drink was divine! It's not quite a shake, but it's rich in flavour. I was so happy! The sweetness of the ice cream as good enough for me. My intern loved his drink so much that I heard him suck up every last drop through his straw. I love that this store is in Mississauga. I just wish that there were more spots on the street. I didn't get my car towed and wasn't ticketed, so my risky decision worked out. (56)

Matcha waffle, oolong tea with cheese, brown sugar latte

I've been to many bubble tea shops but I have only recently discovered Kung Fu Tea. I like this place over others because I find their tea flavour to be stronger and more bold when compared to Coco's and Chattime. My favourite would be their brown sugar latte and their oolong milk tea. Another thing that sets them apart is their tapioca, it is the perfect amount of chewiness and it is actually still warm when they make the drink. Their waffle on the other hand was just not good... it was freshly made, I watch them do it, and I ate it right when I got back to my car. Yet, this might be the worst egg waffle I have ever had. Right when you walk in to the shop, all you smell freshly made egg waffles, but when you actually eat it, the flavour fell flat. 0/10.

So me and my bestie finally tried the new bubble tea place and it didn't disappoint plus a 25% of on all bubble teas! First things first, ambiance 5/5 is very very nice-cozy and conducive for hanging out with friends . Parking 1/5-this made my rating low as we parked on the street and had to pay a $1 for one hour of parking ,I mean it is okay if the customers are all commuters and doesn't have a car to park so that's an inconvenience. Taste 5/5- I love the creaminess of the bubble tea and the combination of ice cream at the bottom truly different from the other bubble teas I've tasted. Customer service 5/5- approachable baristas and Very patient in answering inquiries of the customers. One suggestion, could the baristas recommend the food available, cause we didn't see that there are food choices and we would've tried it.Probably u need more enthusiastic staff would be attracting more customers Will I come back? Probably if someone will drive me and I don't have to pay for parking. They should have like a designated parking space.I don't know where but that can really attract the market! All in all a very good bubble tea.

Ordered the matcha summer special with tapioca with less sugar and I thought it was still really sweet. Try 50% or less!

Ordered bubble tea from here with a couple of co-workers, my order was the rose oolong tea, it was my first time trying this and I found it a bit sweet and reminded me of the taste of lychee (which I don't have a problem with!). I opted for no topping as I wasn't really sure what would compliment this drink. I would give this drink alone a 4/5. My friend ordered the milk tea with brown sugar pearls, she said it is a pretty average milk tea but wishes that they offered regular boba instead of only the brown sugar tapioca. Another friend ordered the Matcha cheese foam drink and says she loves their cheese foam! She said the matcha is also a nice flavour and not a grainy texture. She too wishes they had plain pearls instead of brown sugar. We ordered via Ubereats and got the order in a timely manner, which is always appreciated :)

Hey Mississauga, @kungfutea_toronto has arrived! I had a late night craving for bubble tea and this spot happened to be close by. The service was excellent and I was recommended to try their Pearl Cheese Milk with Ice Cream. I opted for something lighter but I will definitely be back to try their cheese milk foam tea as well as their fresh fruit tea! As a plus, their drinks are sweetened with honey instead of sugar which is why I found my tea tasting lighter and less artificial compared to other bubble teas I've had in the past. Can't complain about healthier bubble tea!

I ordered matcha slush with red bean and pudding, which was really good and my friend ordered the one that has real grapefruit inside the cup, which was very refreshing. However, the egg waffles was a huge disappointing. I have tried the original one, and today, the matcha. To be honest, I cannot taste anything even the original one. Lack of flavour, cannot taste the matcha at all, feel like it's missing some ingredients.

My student and I witnessed a minivan plow into a concrete barrier as we were walking over to Kenzo Ramen, steps away from Chatime. We both heard a crunch and knew that it wasn't good. The minivan, a minute later, drove towards us. We saw a huge crack going down the front bumper. I parked at the back of this plaza, where there is a store that sell diapers and adult incontinence pads. There used to be a Goodwill store, but a few new businesses have taken over. Anyway, after my student, a colleague, and I had finished eating a late lunch at Kenzo Ramen last Friday, we headed over to Chatime. I had a free birthday drink waiting for me. I decided to use it towards a regular QQ lychee juice, which comes with tapioca and coconut jelly. I didn't know where to line up after placing my order. I finally figured it out when I saw the small ledge through the huge lineup. I like that you can purchase reusable straws that come with a cleaner. I want to get the purple one. Each kit goes for $5. My drink was ready. I got it, and drove my student and I back to the office. The lychee juice was great. I managed to suck a tapioca ball the wrong way and went into a coughing fit in my car. Luckily, my student knows CPR and didn't have to administer it on me. I now realize that tapioca can be hazardous to your health. Anyway, the tapioca and coconut jelly were delightful when eaten safely and properly! I don't normally visit Chatime, but will definitely go back. I finally found a drink here that I love, minus choking on the tapioca. (209)

Unfortunately, it was also very hot inside, no air conditioning to make it comfortable enough to stay to enjoy your order. The interior is starting to look a little tired, and the boxes on the floor and outdated posters don't help. Nonetheless, the staff was pretty cheery and explained some of the unfamiliar options. We went with the crispy tiramisu tea. The drink was very tasty, but there seemed to be a lot, a lot of boba taking up the container. We had to go outside of the store to get to a washroom, and a cool place to sit and enjoy our drinks. It's too bad because the aesthetic of this chain is usually much nicer and a better place to sit and finish your drinks.

I got 3 drinks: one Jasmine green tea, one classic milk Boba tea and one pineapple tea with Boba. I was not that big of a fan of the pineapple but loved the other ones. I don't like the Boba used as I find it a little too chewy and the taste isn't as good as other Boba pearls I've had. I find this one to have a bit of stronger taste. It's a small shop, but cute. There are board games available and it gives off a cozy/chill vibe. When waiting for your drink, there's a seating area near the door and even a game you can try. The timer/game gives you the chance to win a free drink on the house if you manage to get a perfect 10:00 score (I mean you manage to stop the timer on that time). Product was well packaged. Drink was not too sweet despite not having adjusted the sweetness level, which I liked. The only thing for me was the waiting time which took forever, as in more than 20 minutes to be served. It was busy and there was only 1 person working. 1 person for the entire place, to make drinks and take the orders. I can imagine how much slower it would be during peak hours. I went during non-peak hours and there was only 2 people in store sitting down, yet it took me over 20 minutes to get my drinks.
