I would rather support local than chains/grocery stores. So my plan was to stop in on Saturday in which their hours on google and everything else said 9am-3pm. When I arrived at 1pm parking was hard to find. I ended up going down a side neighborhood street to park. Once I walked over to the store it was looking dark with no open sign. Door was locked and when I peaked in there was definitely no one working. I am just disappointed that google hours, Facebook hours and yelp all said they were open until 3. I understand it was a holiday weekend and everyone enjoys time off but at least on their door to their business they should have a sign explaining that they're closed and even maybe post something about it as I could not see any information anywhere. Unfortunately I feel like I won't try to give them business in the future as I feel like my time was wasted but I always have a change of heart. We shall see.

I…read moream writing this review because Pam went above and beyond when helping me with an important framed print for my daughter Sarah's rehearsal dinner. The framed print was purchased by Sarah's future mother-in-law to display at the event. She initially asked me to do the lettering--the wedding couple's names and title--on the matte, giving me less than two weeks to complete it. (I must admit, she initially thought I could do it by hand, but I didn't feel comfortable with the task.) While searching The Tin Bucket website, I saw the beautiful work Pam could do with lettering transfers. I reached out and asked if she could possibly take on this project. With a smile on her cheery face, Pam went right to work, providing possible different lettering choices within just three days! Once the lettering was agreed upon, Pam took apart the frame only to find the matte was glued to the frame itself. This is the remarkable part, especially with the rehearsal dinner just a few days away: Pam actually bought another frame and matte herself and finished the lettering! It was all done within the needed timeframe, even with the unexpected matte issue. I cannot thank Pam enough; she was professional, delightful, and truly committed to helping me. I believe this level of service is extraordinary these days, and it is so important to know we have Pam and The Tin Bucket in our town. No they said the day they delivered it. so if i never make a repair or call on the appliances they will refund half the money. You only have 30 days and if you miss it oh well to bad for you no refund. They don't warn you send you anything that it is up. the women told me they don't want to pay.... word from her mouth. so don't buy the extended warranty it's a gaff.....

I have mostly been happy with the final products, which really isn't a reflection of Beach Sales per se (but rather, Electrolux, Kitchenaid, etc.). I had one somewhat negative experience after a delivery person dropped stove pieces outside of my home and tried to deliver without comment (I witnessed). It took an unnecessary amount of discussion with folks back at the store to come up with a repair plan. But ultimately they helped to re-send replacement cast iron parts for what had been dropped and damaged. Most recently, I have grown very frustrated with trying to access the 50% rebate on an unused five-year warranty. I feel that I was misled. It's come to my attention that the "50% back" is actually just for Beach Sales purchases, and it's not a refund check as it had seemed. Not only that, there are many many hoops to jump through. Even after jumping through all the hoops and gathering all the old documents from five years ago AND following the guidelines, I am still waiting six months later with no rebate. No coupon nor check. While the extra five-year warranty sounds like a good idea, don't count on the 50% back rebate. And be sure to ask questions.
