When the transaction was done, I did thank her for being so friendly to which she replied you're welcome. As I was walking out of the store, she called me a name loud enough so other customers could hear. I am shocked and offended that this type of behavior is allowed.

Both of us brought our own vessel to use (we had also done some thrifting), but there were several options in-store as well. The team at Sable did a great job explaining the process to us and overseeing our steps. They were not at all rushed, so we had a fun, relaxing time choosing our scents, mixing our oils, coming up with fun names for our creations, and chatting and catching up with each other.
