Long story short the repair wasn't done correctly and the dryer vent was never hooked back up right! The dryer vent was just laying up in the attic and created moisture which caused water damage and black mold. Now the HOA wants me to pay for the restoration fees. Farmers won't cover a thing because I was supposedly supposed to see through the walls with my x-ray vision to notice the problem ahead of time. They told me it was existing and covered nothing. They have no problem taking your money but when it comes to helping you they don't. Go a different direction with your coverage.

I was fortunate to get my insurance down $500 less than other premium insurance companies. They work hard to find a good quote for you. Only bad side, the waiting time to talk to someone. Maybe that's at every insurance firm but it's irritating when you just want to speak to someone and get on with your life.
