I had contacted several other companies just to price around and I ran into all kinds of issues with them. Some didn't call back, some wanted to charge me just to give me an estimate, and one company that was going to fix my leaking sprinkler cancelled on me the day that they were supposed to come out for the job. The area next to the steps and along the front of the house needed a retaining wall to hold the soil and clean up the slope. Their crew came out, walked the space with me, and explained how they would build the wall and shape the curve so it would look natural with the yard and the house. They also talked about the base and drainage so it would hold up long-term. The work itself was done efficiently and the crew was easy to work with. They prepped the base, set the blocks carefully, and made sure the curve of the wall flowed nicely along the front of the yard instead of just building a straight line. They kept the job site pretty clean and checked in along the way to make sure everything looked right. The finished wall looks great and really improves the front of the house. It's solid, level, and the curve gives the landscaping a much cleaner look than what was there before. Overall, a very positive experience. If you need retaining wall or landscaping work done, Blessed Construction LLC is definitely worth considering.

Trueworks Hawaii responded quickly to my request to replace 12 existing plants with new mature…read morebougainvillea plants. Ray came out on a weekend to review the project, made some helpful suggestions, was very polite, on-time and said he would provide a quote within a couple of days. His quote came in and it was a fair estimate of what I thought it would cost. We scheduled him to do the work. He sourced new bougainvillea plants from his nursery and re potted all 12 plants with new soil. One pot was broken so he took that back to his shop to fix it. He also checked each irrigation line in each pot and replaced or repaired as necessary. He also changed the battery in the irrigation system to make sure everything was working properly. Anything I asked him to do he said "no problem" and responded quickly. We are definitely going to use this service again.
