He arrived at my house, introduced himself and immediately went to take a look at the huge fallen branch in my yard to ease my stress. We discussed the work that needed to be done and he gave me a very fair price, he even said he'd help me clear the rest of the broken branches that had nothing to do with the work he was there for. I told him that I wouldn't be around the following day, but would still like the work done before Sunday since we were expecting snow. He came as promised that Saturday afternoon and worked in the rain. I think he didn't want to bother me as he knew I was in class, so he texted me when the work was complete with photos of the job. I really appreciated his prompt responses, work, and professionalism. He contacted me a few days later just to make sure that I was happy with the work and I thought very highly of that since not many contractors follow up with their customers once the work is complete. The team was also very mindful about my lawn when they have to back the bucket truck utility vehicle into my driveway by using wooden planks on areas where they had to drive onto the grass - something not unnoticed and very appreciated. The owner, Santiago, came out on time to assess my trees. He gave a great quote and started immediately. Two of my trees were huge and rotted in the center. It was just a matter of time before they toppled over and took out several homes. The other two were small, but entangled with power lines. His team did a fantastic job managing the tree removals behind a sloping hill. No issues with surrounding property on my side or my neighbors. Also he was great responding to my last minute request to remove an overgrown forsythia. On the final day when I had another contractor on the property to work inside the house, he was professional when sharing my narrow driveway so both companies could get their work done.
