They removed 3 oak trees, one of which was massive and unhealthy and the other 2 were close and leaning over the house. This was a concern of ours for future hurricanes. They also cleaned up and lifted 9 other oaks. What a difference that made. They trimmed 5 tall palms which look dramatically better now. They lifted a very large Camphor tree in the front of our house which really improves the view and shaped and trimmed our Ligustrum and our Crepe Myrtle trees. They spent a significant amount of time cleaning up before they left. Their terms were payment upon completion and approval and we paid before they left. My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. We found good value for what we paid. Based upon our experience we give them this 5 star review which was absolutely earned and not simply given.

The grass was watered morning and evening either by hand, rain and/or sprinklers but unfortunately, it did not take root and when I followed up for my 30 day guarantee I was then told it would be an additional fee for sod removal ($300 PER PALLET). Because it wasn't communicated from the beginning and was later stipulated I asked for a price reduction. They agreed to $150 for 400 sq. ft. but sadly this didn't cover the entire original order and in order to get the additional half pallet or so I would have had to pay $300 total.

Jacob and his crew showed up when he said they would and promptly got to work. They began by blowing all the leaves and debris from my roof....something I never recalled any other company doing! Added bonus is now not only my roof is clean, my gutters are cleared! My roof looks 100% better and they took the time while they were spraying the cleaning mixture to make sure my plants around the house didn't get the mixture on them. Paramount pressure cleaning also cleaned my drive way and they did a fantastic job. Our driveway has a dip at the bottom where water and dirt always collects at. Not only did they cleaned every inch of the driveway, they didn't leave the dirt collection in the dip as many other company has. They took the extra steps to wait for the water to drain and then removed the dirt runoff. I would definitely recommend paramount pressure cleaning. Their pricing is fair but their attention to the little details is what mattered most to me.

I hired this company in Mid-December 2025 to pressure wash and seal my pavers. It was a new build, so less than a year in. Coordination seem fine, and price was fair. Very responsive throughout. I had asked for a quote and that I wouldn't be there, but had explained what I wanted to do (front/back pavers, with a semi-gloss). I chatted with Jacob throughout the process, and again, no red flags at all. Day comes around, and they do their service. Overall, their work looked okay when it was wet, so I paid them. They roped off the driveway a bit janky, with buckets of their chemicals at posts and yellow tape in between - the first red flag on how unprofessional this company would be, and was a bit embarrassing to have in a neighborhood filled with new construction houses. Next day, I go take a look at my pavers, and noticed a few major issues: 1) Pavers are not semi-gloss at all. In fact, they barely looked sealed. 2) We had a channel drain at the end of the driveway due to sloping from the street and heavy rain - this was completely locked in with sand and paver sealant. Essentially, a drain that no longer drained. 3) Very minor, but the sanding was missing in a few deeper crevices. They also did not bother to do extra work on sealing the steps where the sand falls out to the bottom level. I did some research and although it's manual, they could have applied clear caulking at the bottom to prevent the sand from falling through. Again, it's the lack of attention to detail that you would expect from a 4.5 star business. Regardless, I reached out asking about these issues - and I got push back. It wasn't necessarily aggressive at first, and they said they would come back to make me happy, but almost with every other text they eluded I should have been there to prevent this from happening to make sure we were on the same page - stating my pavers were dry and that it would need more than one coat to get the semi-gloss, or that they were going to lose out on a job for the day to fix this for me and trying to guilt trip me. Okay? Well then, tell me that BEFORE starting and us signing the contract. You knew what I wanted, and you went to look at the pavers, so if that was going to be an issue, tell me in advance. He brushed off the sanding, but eventually replied that they would come back to fix this with another coat and resand the areas that needed it. They did not agree to do the extra work on sanding the paver steps properly, saying they had tried most methods but they all don't work due to gravity and the sand slipping through. Look - if there's a will, there's a way. There was definitely no will there. Finally, the channel drain, they basically acted as if it shouldn't have been there. I had to really press on them to do something about it, and finally just negotiated them to CLEAN it - not even replace it. But I had to "unscrew" the metal grates for them. Regardless, we continue with this odyssey. Come to the new year of 2026, and I'm attempting to coordinate with Jacob over text on coming out again to fix the above items that we had negotiated. And we set a date. And then that gets cancelled. So we set another date. Equipment troubles. And another date. Weather delay. And another date, and another excuse. Finally, I stopped being friendly and made a curt demand that we needed to get something in the books, and they needed to pressure clean again since due to the delay, my pavers were not ready to be sealed as they were. Guys, this is April 2026 at this point - four months after the initial service. Jacob finally agreed, and we finally got them in. The result? Let's list it: 1) A pro that I will give them - they put another coat, and the pavers are a bit closer to semi-gloss. Still not perfect, but better than before. 2) Pretty sure they didn't do a proper pressure washing. Why? There were old tire marks that got sealed over. Great. Old tire marks got properly power washed out the last time, so why weren't these? 3) Pretty sure they didn't resand properly. Seeing weeds poke out literally a week after the job from the joints. 4) They literally forgot to do the back pavers. Like. I can't even. This was honestly the biggest issue. And guess what? I tried to reach out to get them back to do this and.. radio silence from the guy. I can see that he read it too, cause you know, read receipts. So yeah. End of my long journey with this company, never again, and will never recommend them to anyone. If the level of effort to write this review isn't enough to fact check my story, just look at my review ratio - I REALLY hate giving bad reviews unless I truly believe they're warranted, and am generally super lax when it comes to rating since I know some local business livelihood often depends on high reviews. But I can't with this one. Maybe if you hire them JUST for pressure washing.

We've used this company for almost ten years and had even recommended them to friends who hired…read morethem. Last year was the first time their work was problematic, and their response was as surprising as the mess they made. We hired Budget to trim a tree with branches overhanging our roof last summer. When they cleaned up the debris, they raked against the grain of the shingles and pulled up shingles all over the roof. In addition to destroying the seal, they raked the debris from the trimming process under the shingles which prevents them from laying flat and allows water to get underneath. Their workers also dragged trash cans filled with the debris around the roof leaving drag marks all over the roof. After a couple of months of the rainy season, we started getting leaks all over the house. In the last few months, we have had to fix leaks in almost every room of the house. Since there were no hurricanes last year, the only thing that disrupted our roof since last summer was Budget Tree Service. I contacted the company immediately after they raked up our shingles and their initial response was that it was my word against theirs. They sent someone to look at the roof. That person over-estimated the age of our roof by 16 years and accused me of lying when I corrected him. They then checked permitting records which verified that I was correct. The fact that he thought the roof was so much older is evidence of how much damage they did and how widespread the damage is. Although the owner offered to repair the roof, none of the roofing contractors that I spoke with recommended repair because the damage was so extensive and widespread. Two declined to give me a repair estimate at all. The one that did provide an estimate specifically said that they would not guarantee the work. When I told Dale, the owner of Budget Tree Service, about the contractors' recommendations, he said he wanted his own inspector to inspect the roof, which I immediately agreed to. A month went by with no inspection. When I was able to reach Dale, he had one excuse after another but kept saying that he was looking for an inspector. After a month, Dale had his attorney send us a collection notice. We paid his bill, but the damage that his workers caused is ten times the amount of his bill because it looks like we will have to replace the roof. This company has been trimming our trees for almost ten years and we have never had any disputes before and always paid promptly. The previous time we replaced our roof, we specifically scheduled tree work before the replacement to avoid the chance of damage to a new roof, which they expressed appreciation for. We are surprised that their workers, who must often work on roofs, would not know that it is damaging to pull up shingles and not to rake against the grain of the shingles. And we were completely floored by their response when we contacted them about the problem. Their default response to anything I said was to accuse me of lying, while not being truthful themselves.

He took the time to carefully explain our options and made sure the oak trees would be trimmed in a way that balanced what we wanted aesthetically with what was best for the trees' continued growth and long-term health. We really appreciated that thoughtful approach. Once we let them know we were ready to move forward, they scheduled us promptly. The owner, Dylan, personally came out along with the project manager, Brandon, which was fantastic. They both took the time to greet me and walk the yard to see if there was anything else they could recommend to support a healthy landscape. At first glance, you might think it's a sales tactic--but their suggestions were genuinely thoughtful and informative. In fact, we were so confident in their expertise that we expanded the scope of the work to rather tall palm tree, some very tropical bird of paradise, removing two smaller trees that didn't make it rogue the cold, and removing very carefully and with precision a small oak in the backyard between the fence and pool/patio enclosure. When the crew arrived, my wife and I literally looked at each other and said, "This is impressive." From the foreman, Dale, to the climber, Tony, and the ground crew--Justin (lead), Myrto, Ceasar, and Curby--everyone did outstanding work. At one point I was talking with one of the crew while giving them some bottled water commenting about how quickly they worked and he said they don't mess around. They were dressed professionally and for safety, worked efficiently, and were extremely kind and respectful whenever I stepped outside to check in or offer water. This operation is truly professional and impressive. The results look fantastic, and we will absolutely use them again.
