Honestly, nothing beats Maine lobster; Caribbean lobster needs to be smoky grilled to mask some of the "silty" favor. Even with lots butter & lemon, they just don't hold a candle to ME lobster. This is a small family business, we had a private tour of the cacao orchard (in Spanish) detailing the entire chocolate-making process, with hands on participation and delicious learning opportunities. They toasted some cacao nibs for us to samples, along with some of their chocolates and cacao marmalade (if we were flying home in a couple of days I would have stocked up on this!!). Then we relaxed in their cozy outdoor cafe as the sun dipped down behind the flamboyan trees, drinking milkshakes and eating Bon bons, swinging in the hammocks sprinkled around the cafe.
