This was my second time going to this place, the previous lady Linda did a good job. This time not good threading service from the lady that did my eyebrows, I think her name is jenn. I gave her instructions of how I wanted my eyebrows, clean up and not thin. After almost three months with out doing my eyebrows, I just need it the shape. when she finished with my eyebrows, I saw myself in the mirror but trusting on her skills, I didn't pay much attention. When I went home is when I actually paid attention. I'm a little bit mad and disappointed with the results and the price $15.00. I don't mind the price if they do a good job. But she left my left eyebrow thinner, shorter from the start of the eyebrow, and with hold. My right eyebrow looks better. read more

Bought a Groupon for four eyebrow waxes, redeemed my Groupon on the 13th of April. Went in today to get my second waxing and they would not honor the Groupon. They said the Groupon expired on May 2nd so now I'd have to pay. They would not honor any Groupon past the expiration date even if you redeemed it before the expiration. Meaning, regardless of when you redeem it you have to use all of the waxing's before the expiration even though you've bought four waxes. Spoke to Groupon and they reimbursed me for the money I spent on the Yas Groupon. Love Groupon, NOT a fan of Yas!!! Oh, and my only waxing there was way too sever for my face.... read more

I like going to this place when the younger ladies are there. I went when the older (oldest of them all) was working, and she royally screwed up my eyebrows! I was so sad. She didn't account for the fact that I have thinnbrows and I FILL them in. The younger girls are good at that when they shape because they know when filled properly they look perfect. I like the fact that they have a rewards card. That's why I keep going back. I just leave when I see it's the old lady in there. Which sucks because it throws my days off in planning when I can go back to get then done again. read more

This was the most terrible experience I've ever had. I went last Sunday to get my face Threaded. This was my first time and I told the lady this. I have had eyebrows done before but not here. You would think that if someone expresses this is a first time they would be given some knowledge of what to and not to do post treatment, but I wasn't warned of any possible bad reactions. My face is absolutely covered in the worst road rash looking bumps and it's been a week since I had this done. The worst is strips of my face where it literally feels and looks like a rope burn. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews but the worst thing is for someone to mess up your eyebrows! I read great reviews before I decided to come in but unfortunately I didn't get the experience that everyone else did, I walked in with grown out eyebrows and only wanted a clean up and Nasim thinned them out way too much and literally rushed through my eyebrows! At this point I feel like all these great reviews are probably family and friends or people that are getting something in return to put up a "good" review after giving this place a second chance so If you have beautiful thick eyebrows avoid Nasim! Today I went in to get my brows done. I really like this place and had liked it the other few times I got my brows done. But today...was a mess. The threader didn't even tell me her name. That's not the worst part though. I love my thick, bushy eyebrows and I guess I should've specified that I wanted to keep them thick, but the threader completely messed up my brows. One of my eyebrows is naturally lower than my other one, but now that sameeyebrow is THINNER and more below than the other one. It looks a mess! I'm very disappointed and I was too polite to say anything to her. I'm pretty upset and now I have to sleep with coconut oil on my brows until they grow back. Thank God I'm Mexican though. But still, please be careful and make sure your brows don't get messed up. read more

First time I went it was perfect Linda helped me and I love the work she did. She only trimmed and cleaned m eyebrows. Second time someone else helped me and I hated it. She didn't even take inconsideration that I had thick natural brows to begin with did let her know that only trim NOT shape. I come out wit super think browns.
