The first time, the machine was clearly broken, yet they were still using it. It looked like someone took a bucket full of paint and threw it all over my body, and the water sprinkling down my body made it even worse. Two years later, I went back and specifically told the employee, Marteena, about my previous horrible experience. I even told her that it happened in the last room. Despite knowing exactly what happened, she still took me into that same room and used the same machine. This time, I ended up with an extremely uneven tan my feet were tanned, some areas were tanned while other spots weren't, and the overall result looked terrible. I gave this place a second chance after they ruined my tan before my wedding, and they somehow managed to disappoint me again. I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone, especially before an important event.

Unfortunately this is a long overdue review. This place is unbelievably unprofessional and would not recommend it to anyone. Aside from the door always being locked, appointments ALWAYS being changed, cancelled or late you are instructed to "not talk" if you are standing outside. If you do happen to talk. You get reprimanded by the owner Vanessa as to why you didn't "wait in your car" until SHE decides to open the door. I can't even begin to tell you how many times my appointments were cancelled the same day a few hours if not an hour before my appointment due to her being "sick". On top of that I am owed money, that what supposed to be given back to me months ago. There are so many other places, where you can get your eyelashes done professionally where you get treated like a human. I would recommend not going to this place. EVER. read more
