I wish my experience was a good as all the other reviews but it was not. This lady is awful with communication. Thankfully our only interactions with her were from trying to view 2 rentals she was listing. She took forever to respond and finally got back telling me applications were being reviewed, did not mention the other place. Also doesn't help all her ads say no calls, messages only. Too bad she isn't good at responding. A few weeks later I get an email telling me the first place has an open house on 8/26(sun). Also get an email on second place saying no longer available. Cool. Take the listing down then. We show up on Sunday to the first place and no one is there. We email her and she says sorry it's 8/26(mon). Not a good experience at all. Unprofessional. We cannot recommend Yasumi highly enough. My husband and I listed our home for sale and were a bit nervous as we had renters in the home and live 90 miles away from the property. We had some initial reservations that Help-U-Sell, being a discount brokerage, might not market our home or provide the same level of service that a traditional realtor charging 2.5-3% would. We initially contacted Yasumi six months before we placed the home on the market and were impressed with how well-spoken and knowledgable she seemed. Not pushy or aggressive like other agents we interviewed who attempted to convince us to list the house immediately; they were clearly more interested in making a quick buck than in representing our best interests. Having bought and sold 3 homes in the past, we have NEVER worked with a more professional, knowledgable, and personable realtor.
