Sadly it reminded me of a bowl of soup that I had in Omaha, Nebraska. In that very American cafe they definitely gave us a bowl of chicken gravey and called it soup. I'm not saying that is what Mitchell's did but I didn't finish it. Service was attentive. The meal was filling. My partner ordered the pulled pork sandwich. It was quite messy but pulled pork tends to be that way. She said that there was too much vinegar on the coldslaw. Probably I would have enjoyed it more than her as I like vinegar. I gave it three stars as an okay place to eat but not a place I plan to return to. Perhaps this is more of a weekday cafe.

It's not a dessert like pie or anything large like that but any baked goods under the front glass counter is included. I had the Lingonberry chocolate puffs and I got two served with cream.
