Initially this place came highly recommended…read more The feedback was that they took great care to provide high quality items for events and we felt safe using them for our wedding. Our initial impression was "good customer service and excited to see the products come together" Sadly, there were some issues that soured our experience and then a big fumble on the wedding day. 1st: Don't be fooled, it's the shipping and delivery that gets you. They show on their quotes a delivery charge, but when going through the line items you'll see.an additional "after hours delivery charge" which is for any delivery after their standard hours of 8am-5pm. Not sure how many weddings fit that window. About 1/3 of our bill was fees and delivery charges. So there are at a minimum of 2 different delivery charges. 2nd. They fumbled at the goal line. On the wedding day, they didn't delivery 2 and a half tables worth of the plates we rented and were missing a table cloth. (1 plate was broken but that's an accident I won't beat them up too bad for). This meant they had to strip a cocktail hour table... in the middle of cocktail hour... to put together a table for the reception. Along with the embarrassment of the fact that two + of our tables were shotty looking and out of place. When I called to see what they could do, they were apologetic and did give us the equivalent to an 11% refund. Which, while a nice gesture, doesn't feel appropriate considering the event. Ending on a good note they are very friendly and do take care of active duty military (the reason for the 3rd star). But sadly for this, event they missed the mark.

When she offered to show her bank account, which is chime, he said that it doesn't count as a bank, answer was still no. She then offered to show her social security card and iPhone information, yet he still refused to even look at any of them, and became agitated when we asked what the issue was (leading to his ATTEMPT to call the police over, like he can't handle a cordial conversation with 3 girls that are half his size?) I found his behavior extremely appalling, and I really hope that management will find a better suited person for the position. This man was a complete AH, and took no steps to verify if my friend was indeed 21.

I received a quote from Bradford's on 2/23/21 for my son's rehearsal dinner this November. The…read moretotal quote was $3129.28, which included an up-charge of $9 per person for "two 4 Oz beef tenderloin medallions". On September 24th I received an email stating that due to recent increases in beef the up-charge would now be $66 PER PERSON-a 633% increase and a total increase of 52% in the cost of the dinner. This was 6 weeks before the wedding and left me no options for finding another caterer. After emailing back and forth they came down to an additional $52.09 per person up-charge for a total cost of $4279.74. They have a little blurb and prices are subject to change and they will try to offer suggestions for meal options in the contract, but I would have never thought they would increase by that much! The option they offered was sirloin, but that was not what we signed up for or wanted. They showed up on time and the servers did a great job. The food tasted good, but the 2-4 Oz medallions looked like the picture I am attaching (the quality is not good because my husband didn't want the flash on to draw attention to the fact I was taking a picture of his tiny serving). That is my husband's actual serving of his ONE medallion that cost us $84. It was cooked to perfection and tasted good, but it was literally 2 bites of beef! Thank goodness we only had 39 people that night...I can't imagine if they had done what they did to me to an actual wedding with over 100 people. I understand COVID has caused increases and would have better understood being charged maybe 10-15% more on the overall cost to make up for that, but this was absurd. I truly could not recommend this company due to this, which is sad because the taste and service was good.
