For my work event boxes, they were able to alter a box slightly for a gluten-free attendee and clearly labeled that box, too. Much-appreciated. The shop itself is so cute, nestled across from the Cedar Bluff strip of shops/Kroger. It admittedly took me far too long to realize that the entrance is not directly under their building sign, but through a walkway to the left of Hound Dogs. There is an adorable little patio setup outside the small shop. Inside, there is a descriptive menu, some merch, a cooler holding both orders and ready-made items for spontaneous munchie needs. There is also a large selection of doggie treats. Their website is descriptive, easy to order from, and customer service fabulous if/when you have questions. The food itself is fresh and is so dang pleasing to the eye. My sample boxes looked like small works of art and my event attendees were raving about them! Can't wait to order from here again. Initially this place came highly recommended…read more The feedback was that they took great care to provide high quality items for events and we felt safe using them for our wedding. Our initial impression was "good customer service and excited to see the products come together" Sadly, there were some issues that soured our experience and then a big fumble on the wedding day. 1st: Don't be fooled, it's the shipping and delivery that gets you. They show on their quotes a delivery charge, but when going through the line items you'll see.an additional "after hours delivery charge" which is for any delivery after their standard hours of 8am-5pm. Not sure how many weddings fit that window. About 1/3 of our bill was fees and delivery charges. So there are at a minimum of 2 different delivery charges. 2nd. They fumbled at the goal line. On the wedding day, they didn't delivery 2 and a half tables worth of the plates we rented and were missing a table cloth. (1 plate was broken but that's an accident I won't beat them up too bad for). This meant they had to strip a cocktail hour table... in the middle of cocktail hour... to put together a table for the reception. Along with the embarrassment of the fact that two + of our tables were shotty looking and out of place. When I called to see what they could do, they were apologetic and did give us the equivalent to an 11% refund. Which, while a nice gesture, doesn't feel appropriate considering the event. Ending on a good note they are very friendly and do take care of active duty military (the reason for the 3rd star). But sadly for this, event they missed the mark.

I was able to order ahead a number of balloon arrangements and there are so many ways to customize, with bags, hi-float, weights, length, etc. They will also do curbside and nearby delivery (check online to see if you're in the delivery zone). One worker was unfriendly but the others were very speedy, helpful, and accommodating. As a heads up, if you have any balloons of your own, they will blow them up and add them to your arrangements. I had branded latex balloons and they only charged $1.30 each. I highly recommend the hi-float add-on to make your balloons float longer(24 hour guarantee). Totally worth the time and energy saved to get balloons done here. You can pay a tad extra to have them bagged for super easy transport.

Being that I live in Asheville, I attend a lot of weddings. Our friends are getting married, we should get married! I mean look, I got married! But when I spot the bartenders of Cordial and Craft as I approach a wedding reception I'm ready to high five everyone within a 30 foot radius. When it comes to charm, class, and presentation nothing beats the bartenders from Cordial and Craft. I'm having a tough time even figuring out how to communicate just how great they are. You know those pictures you see on pinterest of drinks that make your mouth water, that have been custom designed for the event, with cute straws and beautiful colors? When you go to a wedding that has chosen Cordial and Craft to provide their bar program for the evening it's basically a sure fire sign that the event planner/bride and groom/venue has put great thought and care into each element of the event.
